Rent Condos Atlanta
4.61Visit website
Rent Condos Atlanta's guest rating of 4.61 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Initially everything was clean and the host was responsive to my questions. But the location is not ideal for families, there was rampant drug use at this building. We had to emergency evacuate the building twice and was forced to leave our room early in the morning for two false alarms that sounded off twice in the same day. I had to ask the host about an update because we received no information on the status of the evacuations. The door doesn’t lock unless someone is on the inside to lock it and that was very worrisome for my family as we didn’t want intruders coming in while we were out. There was a lot of screaming in the hallway, and it didn’t sound very pleasant. I believe the police were called at one point. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this property to families. We did not feel comfortable during our stay, and the beds were very uncomfortable.”airbnb

“You spend more money with this bnb than booking in a nicer neighborhood with a hotel. If you love waking up early to do laundry so you can have clean TOWELS on night 3 book this bnb. No laundry detergent available but a lovely cvs few blocks away, it's no problem obviously to buy a full bottle of detergent for one load.”airbnb

“half the outlets didn’t work, piss stains on 2 of the beds and the third bed conveniently not in any pictures is a folded up prison cot. Was cheap and a bad area so I get it but don’t think i’m going back to atl soon.”airbnb

“Great location, very close to restaurants and attractions. The parking lot next door was very convenient but $40 a night for unattended.”airbnb

“I will never book with them again. Had trouble connecting my devices to the WiFi, and after going back and forth with Jodie trying to get it fixed, it was never resolved. The smart TVs were also extremely slow, making them useless. The area felt unsafe, especially at night. People often sleep just a few feet from the entrance. The biggest issue was the door malfunctioning and trapping me inside while my children were locked outside. Jodie provided three phone numbers (hers, Morgan’s, and an emergency line). Neither Jodie nor Morgan returned my calls or messages. The emergency number had no record of my information and could not help. When I expressed concern about the emergency number, instead of taking accountability, she questioned why I used it and what the emergency was. My children being locked outside is absolutely an emergency. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and poorly handled. I would not stay here again.”airbnb

“Overall the condo was good and well decorated. Cleaners do not do well cleaning as there was still a sticky spill in the floor in front of the sink and crumbs on the rug from previous renters. Corners of all rooms had things in the floor from not proper cleaning. Bed was clean with no bugs and that’s all that matters!”airbnb

“Everything was just very frustrating from having people in our room before we even checked in to the bad marijuana smell that was in the room!”airbnb

“Locating the condominium was a straightforward process, and its proximity to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, and the World Congress Center aligned perfectly with our needs given the purpose of our stay. However, upon arrival, a strong odor prompted me to open the balcony door in an attempt to ventilate the area. I am not typically inclined to express dissatisfaction, but several undisclosed issues became apparent: the air vents were obstructed and non-functional, there were indications of potential mold growth in the bathroom, the unit lacked air conditioning units and relied solely on ceiling fans, issues with the refrigerator's leakage were noticeable, and incomplete painting and wall patching were evident. Most concerning was the bathroom's unavailability due to the absence of cold water, which only provided scalding hot water, forcing us to improvise with sponge baths using cold water from the sink. The host turned off the hot water which did nothing to help”airbnb

“1st off we loved the location and how most things we wanted to do were walkable and if not Uber's were always available. Some complaints would be the off putting smell upon entry (old smoke/weed smell/musty), also the hallway lights didn't work (we did notify but nothing was done in our 8 days there). We also could have done without the cock roaches, being from Michigan we are not use to those critters. Lastly, the beds were very very firm/springy and not comfortable at all. Thankfully we were there to see the area so we really enjoyed the location of this condo for that. We loved Peach Tree Towers and felt very safe there, we would definetly stay there again, but would prefer a higher floor with a better view and nicer accommodations.”airbnb
