“What a beautiful place to stay at for vacation! The condo was extremely clean and free of clutter and unnecessary items. Kudos to the cleaning team, manager and owner for having a top notch place. The beds/bathrooms fit our needs perfectly! The beach and the view from the balcony were absolutely amazing! We can't wait to come back again! Just an FYI - the ramp garage is a tight fit for larger vehicles. Monica was very responsive to a minor issue and beach dude, Josh was very helpful with chairs/umbrella set up every day!”

“My family just completed a 5 night stay at a rental unit in Golf Crest resort located in Panama City Beach, FL. The unit was very clean, well maintained & nicely decorated. Our biggest complaint was in checking in. We arrived late, based on travel time needed. Rent & Relax was informed that we would be arriving late. The response was to confirm we had the door code. That was fine but, we did not know that there would be a locked gate with an access code. It was not easy to get someone to answer based on our arrival time. That information should've been provided. Also for the door access, the process of entering the code & steps needed should've been provdided. It took a good bit of time to figure out the sequence needed. We had some issues with getting wifi access to work & that required several phone calls. Overall, a wonderful location, nice beach & great unit. Our family did enjoy this stay!”

“The condo is very overpriced for what you get. Very poorly stocked. The couch is very old and stained. The pillows are horrible. I have a horrible crick in my neck. The owner or rental company does the bare minimum to stock the place with necessities that most Airbnb owners provide. I rent an Airbnb probably 6 times a year and this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. I don’t mind paying for something that is nice. But there is nothing special about this place. Unfortunately, I had to find a place on short notice and went with what was available. There are much better options than this condo. You can tell when the owner goes the extra mile to make the stay as pleasant as possible. You get the bare minimum with this rental. I definitely will never stay there again!”

“If you want to sleep on cement old mattresses that give you body pain everyday as well as old bed quilts no blankets and dollar general pillows then this is the place for you. Waited over 3 hours for an inquiry upon arrival. Claimed they were at lunch…. From 130-400. Wrong code to get into the place…. No apology. Many residents stare you down there and watch your every move. The creep at the security hut is Totally inappropriate with guests and should be reported. After my daughter and her partner got Locked in the pool area… (they were in the bathroom) this creep did come and unlock the gate said them “you guys doing anything naughty in there”…..after my daughter had to call for a resident to let them know. They are college students. Further if you take an uber into the place the said creep will make odd comments such as “ oh an uber driver … once you come in you can never come back out… including a comment I couldn’t fit them all in my trunk and responds “we can saw them up”. Sucky”
