It was super clean and comfortable, conveniently located on the island and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The saltwater pool, historical touches and walking loop in front of the house were an added bonus.”

The home had an elevated, luxurious feel, and Rendezvous Property Management was extremely proactive and professional with communication throughout our stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. The only concern was an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the pipes when showering or using the water. While it did not take away from the beauty of the property, the smell was noticeable enough that it made us hesitant about using the filtered refrigerator water. Aside from that issue, this was an ideal property, and we would still highly recommend it to others looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay.”

“The house/Condo was absolutely perfect! The location to the beach was perfect, could walk to restaurants and activities. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything! Rendezvous Property Management was what stood out the most- They were unbelievably and proactively communicative. Unsolicited they offered an early check in, reached out several times prior to and during our stay to see if we needed anything, and the check out was so easy. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay again!”

The pool was perfectly heated which was great for the cold, rainy weekend we were there. Kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were nice. Couldn’t have asked for more! “Overall our stay was excellent. The place was spotless other than the shower curtain liner was a bit yucky. The stairs to unit 3(concrete ). We’re awkward and not even in height as well as separated slightly from the building as it is an old building. I found it awkward trying to walk up them with a suitcase. Hosts responded promptly with any questions we had. There was not a long laundry list of chores to complete before departure which I appreciated. Close to the beach (5 min walk) but be sure to bring your own beach towels.”
