“We loved the space. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it worked out OK because we actually had two people cancel. So there were 8. It would be pretty tight for 10 unless 2 slept on couches. We loved the proximity of the place as far as being really close to Teton Village! And pretty close to the hiking trails that we wanted to go to!!!”

“The beds were super comfortable. We were in Jackson Hole for a couple of weddings. The Aspens was convenient location for us.”

“Mostly this was a great spot, well situated right by Teton Village, living room and kitchen nicely appointed and bedroom/bathroom clean and serviceable. Couple of problems - coffee maker was missing filters and while there was a quick online response promising to bring them by, they never came, and the bedroom mattress was lumpy and in desperate need of replacement. With an equipment upgrade on the mattress and service follow thru this would have been a five star.”

“The unit was nice, good location, and kitchen well-stocked. But it was a bit dated. It definitely had the very used ski house rental vibe. Biggest issue is that value for $$ isn’t there (over $1000 per night) in terms of how nice the property is and the support during the stay (though it’s the Jackson area, so maybe to be expected?!) It’s a management company hosting, and there’s not a personal touch. Office closes at 5 and the after hours support I think stops at around 6. Note that check in isn’t until 4 pm so not much time to deal with any issues. Unfortunately, things happen after that. For example, one of the shower handles was very loose and you couldn’t control the hot water. We let them know at 6:11 pm, but didn’t hear from them until 11:24 am the next day. On the positive side, we left some items and they mailed them to us for $30. But only after they first told us that housekeepers didn’t find anything. We had to follow up and insist they check again.”

“We had a nice stay here; the location is great for both Jackson and GTNP. The condo could use some updating, and I didn't particularly love using a property management company as the host rather than a specific person. I found the separate agreements/instructions not on Airbnb to be too much and inconvenient. Overall, I would recommend if you are just looking for a place to sleep in a great location.”

“Dirty appliances, we were unable to use the coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils,.. Unable to use the fireplace,… No safety bars in bathrooms,… for seniors like us, totally unacceptable,… high risk of accidents ,…? Very low water pressure,… toilets didn’t work properly and too low for seniors,… Pillows too old and uncomfortable ,… we could not sleep well,… Even the nice location, the stay at that location was very uncomfortable,… Flies and bees dead on floors,…? We strongly do not recommend this place,.. too expensive given these circumstances. Bad experience!!!”

“A bit pricey, I waited to get in because there had an issue with the keys not in the instructed box. I had to call and wait to get through the main office since we got there past 6pm. The tv is too small and cannot connect to the wifi.”
