“Would give 6 stars if we could. The 2-story house is situated in an upscale community. Everything in this house is pristine and well-stocked. Downstairs there is a spacious open living room and kitchen with the most comfy chairs and lazy boy sofa. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, (huge) bathroom and lanai overlook the mountain, golf course and lake. The two guest rooms share an adjoining bathroom which is a great layout. There are 3 lanais, an office space, baby bed in the master, every you need for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Lots of guide books and books around the house. We were able to use the bikes in the garage and beach gear to explore the town.”

“This townhouse was so wonderful. In such a nice neighborhood and absolutely gorgeous location. Perfect landing for exploring Kauai all day and having a nice place to clean up and rest with my family after. The garage had some issues but everything else was wonderful!”

“Comfortable, roomy house with plenty of room for 10. Kitchen and large lanai grill are well equipped for preparing meals and double dishwashers handle a lot of the dirty work. Beds are comfortable. The rocky shore about 100yds away has a plethora of tidal pools with sea life; just watch out for the inevitable rogue wave to sneak up on you. Walkable beach nearby and Poipu beach is just a short drive away for turtles, monk seal viewing and a nice beach for the kids. There are plenty of beach supplies, toys and towels, in the garage, but the beach umbrellas have issues if there is any wind as several plastic stays are broken on all of them. The tankless water heaters are a bit temperamental, but if you just turn off the water for a few seconds, the hot water will return. The open grassy area across the “driveway” is great for soccer or frisbee fun for the kids and adults.”

“Fantastic location and lovely home. The home itself was a lot of fun (two very nice baths, great layout for a family on vacation) and everything nearby was really nice (cute beach at the edge of the property, great food at Kenji Burger and Lava Lava, shave ice and conveniently-located Safeway across the street). And, of course, so many great spots on Kaua'i are a short drive away! But one of the stand-out highlights was the incredible pool. My family and I went every day we were here! The design is beautiful and it was fun to swim through the wandering river forks, go down the slides, and enjoy the hot tubs. Great vacation!”
