Relax Palm Springs

“House and pool were good, but we were disappointed with how an ant issue was handled during our stay. There were ants in the kitchen and shower areas, and although the host provided Raid and traps, the problem continued. Traveling with a baby made it especially stressful, as we constantly had to clean surfaces and check bottles and belongings. What was most frustrating was the lack of follow-through. The host mentioned possibly offering a credit, but communication stopped after checkout and we never heard back. It’s unfortunate because we initially loved the property and considered booking again, but the experience changed our perspective.”
