“Great location in a secluded area, making it perfect for a larger family. The property was clean, comfortable, and there were plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Our only downside was the temperature difference between floors. If you have multiple people sleeping on different levels, the basement and main floor can be quite cold while the upstairs stays warm. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the location.”

“Very quiet, easy access, close to the lake (1.5 miles). Several hiking areas (woods or open terrain) very close by. Grocery store is around the corner. Very comfortable place.”

“The house is very nice, clean, and new; however, the location is not ideal and there is no shared beach access as mentioned in the listing. In my opinion, the cost of this rental is too expensive for the location. The view is very nice and the deck is a plus, however, the no shared beach access, which was the main reason we chose this property, is a big minus. There is a nearby association beach, however, this house does not have access to it. It’s misleading and that amenity should be removed from the listing. The check in and checkout is also very confusing. There’s a different entry code listed on Airbnb vs a link to a 3rd party site that they message to you prior to checkin. The code only works on the lower level door, not the upper level door. There’s also conflicting checkout instructions listed on Airbnb vs. 3rd party site. There is a fire pit, but no firewood is provided, which at this price, should be included. Also, beds are not very comfortable. Pretty disappointing.”
