“This house is amazing! We checked in on a Friday night and left Sunday morning. Was just here for a day at Disney. It was nice to come back from the park to enjoy the private pool. Pools in Airbnb’s are usually small but this one had a great size pool with jacuzzi. The rooms are very spacious. The mattresses are wonderful. To us this is very important because we mostly only go there to sleep. This house is really comfortable and specious. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. We loved this house very much! We will definitely consider returning.”

“This unit needs some updating. First, the carpet upstairs is old and dirty. Second, the A/C does not cool upstairs. They know it but they have not fixed the A/C. How do you know they know it? 1) When you arrive the A/C is set to 70 downstairs. No Airbnb wastes their money setting A/C above 72-74 unless they know the A/C doesn’t cool entire house sufficiently. 2) They have cheap desk fans in all upstairs rooms. They need at minimum to invest in ceiling fans. We couldn’t sleep and left early.”

“The absolute worst Airbnb experience I've had in over 10 years of using the platform. As soon as I arrived, I noticed a crack in the door frame that allowed me to see directly into the unit before even opening the door. This is a serious safety and privacy concern. When I opened the door, I was immediately greeted by a live German cockroach. The unit also had a strong odor that was unpleasant and made the space feel unsanitary. Because I was traveling with my baby, who has severe allergies, I did not feel it was safe to stay. I was inside the unit for no more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave. Between the condition of the property, the pest issue, the odor, and the security concern with the damaged door frame, I could not risk staying there. Unfortunately, Paula refused to give me a full refund. I would not recommend this property and hope these issues are addressed before anyone else books this listing.”

“Very comfortable space and inside of home was very clean. Upon entering home fridge not working, they sent out maintinance next day but this was a big inconvenience as we were a big family and had food that required refrigeration. Pool area floor was very filthy,cleaning could’ve been better, as big $ was paid. Game room looked nice but both game tables are literally falling apart and we were not able to use once the game room. House is very nice and fairly equipped, kitchen could have had more/better pots as this house is for a big family. Overall we had a great weekend.”
