“This was the perfect location if you are going to the parks. The pool area was amazing. Plan a day to just relax at the pool! Home was clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.”

“Paula's condo is adequate for a visit to theme parks & exploring Orlando. It is clean & has basic amenities. The decor & supplies are very minimal and the quality level of everything is very simple, just enough to be functional. You get a bit overwhelmed by the lengthy instructions from a property management company about everything . The resort was transitioning to a new vehicle access system so there was long delays in getting in every day which wasn't fun in pouring down rain. We never used the pool or the common area recreation amenities due to the non-stop rain. I would recommend staying here but with the expectation that the accommodations are very simple & minimal.”

“This unit needs some updating. First, the carpet upstairs is old and dirty. Second, the A/C does not cool upstairs. They know it but they have not fixed the A/C. How do you know they know it? 1) When you arrive the A/C is set to 70 downstairs. No Airbnb wastes their money setting A/C above 72-74 unless they know the A/C doesn’t cool entire house sufficiently. 2) They have cheap desk fans in all upstairs rooms. They need at minimum to invest in ceiling fans. We couldn’t sleep and left early.”

“The absolute worst Airbnb experience I've had in over 10 years of using the platform. As soon as I arrived, I noticed a crack in the door frame that allowed me to see directly into the unit before even opening the door. This is a serious safety and privacy concern. When I opened the door, I was immediately greeted by a live German cockroach. The unit also had a strong odor that was unpleasant and made the space feel unsanitary. Because I was traveling with my baby, who has severe allergies, I did not feel it was safe to stay. I was inside the unit for no more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave. Between the condition of the property, the pest issue, the odor, and the security concern with the damaged door frame, I could not risk staying there. Unfortunately, Paula refused to give me a full refund. I would not recommend this property and hope these issues are addressed before anyone else books this listing.”

“Very comfortable space and inside of home was very clean. Upon entering home fridge not working, they sent out maintinance next day but this was a big inconvenience as we were a big family and had food that required refrigeration. Pool area floor was very filthy,cleaning could’ve been better, as big $ was paid. Game room looked nice but both game tables are literally falling apart and we were not able to use once the game room. House is very nice and fairly equipped, kitchen could have had more/better pots as this house is for a big family. Overall we had a great weekend.”
