The space was quaint, beautifully designed, anything one could need was readily available. Codi is the most responsive host, typically responding within minutes. She is professional, and although I don't know her personally, I can sense a sweet soul when I meet one!”

“The Uptown Peach provides incredible communal space for friends/families while also having large private homes for each. It is an entirely unique property! We hosted family and friends for a wedding and everyone was entirely delighted, surprised, and full of gratitude. At every turn one is delighted by the abundant amenities, the clever peach-themed phrases, the incredible design and layout of the space, and the varied, thoughtful decor. So, so, very fun and enjoyable through and through! Even in the August heat we enjoyed sitting across from one another on the porches to chat and, once the sun went down, circling up in the middle under the lights to enjoy valuable time together. Further, everything is so well cared for - from the impeccable cleanliness of each home to the phenomenal, crisp landscaping. The large parking area in the back was another bonus. I can’t wait for another opportunity to rent the Uptown Peach! Thank you, Codi, for sharing this treasure!”

“We had a large group of 11 traveling to Waco for our daughter’s wedding and Uptown Peach was the perfect spot for our family. Each unit was beautifully designed and comfortable. Loved the extra touches like the makeup mirrors! The courtyard was a hit with two fire pits, plenty of seating and an adorable swing. The spaces were inviting, with nice furniture, and comfy beds; we were so pleased. It was nice that all 11 could gather in one unit for breakfast with plenty of space and seating. Thank you Uptown Peach for the perfect spot for our family to stay for this important weekend when we needed everything to smoothly. We’ll be back!”
