“We had an amazing time! This home was perfect for the family and the dogs. Everyone had their own space and the hot tub was an added bonus. We got to have family time at the beautiful table and on the lake nearby, it was an amazing reset. Thank you Reed!”

“Location is key! Being right in the middle of Johnson City is terrific. So many places to walk to: shopping restaurants wineries bars. House is great, and well stocked. Perfect for day trips to the wineries/distilleries as well.”

“The neighbors had sexual relations the entire time we were there. You can hear every noise possible not to mention it was more than two people in the apartment the noises were coming from. We were unable to stay and lost out on our trip and money due to this. The walls are paper thin. I think it’s in a great location but not worth the money we spent.”

“Super spacious and clean. Enough space for your whole group to sleep, eat, and hang out. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Spgs. Host is quick to respond as well.”

“Reeds home was perfect for us. Kitchen provided anything you could need for cooking! Comfortable beds, plenty of room for our 2 dogs and family. Super cozy fireplace with the press of a button. We enjoyed the hot tub it was clean! House was clean! We would love to come back for sure, if Reed will have us back! The house is very cozy, we loved it. Board games and blue ray movie favorites. We had a great time playing Monopoly with our teens at the kitchen table. Door Dash was also available to deliver food our last night, I was too tired to cook. My husband loved the sound system with the big screen tv. This place won't disappoint!!”
