“Even though it is listed as pet friendly, we brought our black lab and got told we had to pay an extra $175. Owners were slow to respond to messages. The heat and a/c was difficult to use, let alone did not work well at all. The propane fireplace also stopped working along with the clothes washer which needed someone to come out to fix during our stay. Nice place but is not on the water.”airbnb

“Great stay overall. Clean, comfy, spacious and well decorated. Driveway may be a little tough to navigate depending on how many drivers there are, but not too bad.”airbnb

“Place is gorgeous and location perfect. Unfortunately the grill was out of gas but overall a good experience.”airbnb

“Great place - don't let the missing star deter you. Very cozy and with the big yard there is plenty of space for some yard games. The listing said no toiletries and such were provided, but there were plenty when we arrived. Docking a star for the following reasons: host would not refund me for unused bundles of wood. The grill burners are in rough shape (they still work) but should be replaced soon. There was no baking sheet provided so the oven was pretty useless. The listing says you're right on the lake, but you're really not (requires a short walk down the road). A couple of the pool table pockets have tears that the balls can fall through onto the floor. Lastly, we tripped the breaker in the kitchen using the provided air fryer, but there is no access to the breaker box that we could find. Despite those little things, our group had a great time and I would recommend this place.”airbnb

“The home was beautiful and clean! Very close to the slopes. From photos I thought it would be much more secluded, but it has other homes close on either side. For the price we paid, I would have expected some basic supplies to be in the home, but we had to bring our own towels for the hot tub, cooking and cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, etc. I also found the checkout instructions to be a bit overboard and could have been done by the cleaning crew instead.”airbnb

“We recently stayed at this cabin for what was meant to be a special family trip — the stay was a gift, and we had several children under 13 with us, including an infant under 1. Unfortunately, multiple maintenance and communication issues significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, repairmen were working on the hot tub, making it unusable the first day. It did not reach temperature until sometime Saturday, which was disappointing since the hot tub is a key advertised amenity and something the family was especially looking forward to. There were several additional maintenance concerns: • The drain in the left basement bathtub was broken. • The ice maker was not working. • The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinet. • The firepit instructions provided were for a gas firepit, but the unit is not gas, creating confusion. • We had ongoing difficulty connecting the bedroom TVs to the internet. On Sunday at 3:45 pm, the Wi-Fi stopped working en”airbnb
