Ready 4 Rentals's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“For the high price point, I unfortunately would not have booked if I knew there would be loud construction directly outside of each window at 7am. Hot tub was under construction. Upstairs bedroom is blinding with light due to not having a window shade over a large window, so we had to tape black trash bags over it and over the sides of the bottom window shade to help dim the room enough for sleeping past sunrise. Had wear and tear to certain appliances and upstairs water pressure was light. The interior was nice, clean and looked like the pictures, but overall and unfortunately, I would have booked another nice place in the area for a similar price point.”airbnb

“All was great- I know it said first floor but there were still stairs to climb which was not expected as I have a hip problem so hard to do. Also could not use balcony/ it was filthy and chairs were so muddy I couldn’t just sweep off. Balcony needs to be cleaned before anyone can sit out there,”airbnb

“This is a nice place to stay for a group trip to Mammoth, right next to the ski shuttle stop and walking distance to shops/restaurants. I was a little disappointed though as I picked this place due to having a Tesla charger and wood stove in the living room. The charger is actually in the parking lot of a nearby ice rink, not in the garage, and the stove is currently broken.”airbnb

“The home is beautiful, high end and well located. The messages from the company managing the property were a bit intimidating, but other than that we had a great experience.”airbnb

“The location is great—only about a 7-minute walk to the Village Gondola, which was very convenient. The place itself was generally fine. However, communication was an issue. Jamie and Cynthia didn’t respond to our messages when we arrived and couldn’t open the door, and they also didn’t reply when we asked a question about the dishwasher. We also noticed a blood stain on the bedsheet and the water in the spa looked dirty. Aside from these issues, the stay was okay.”airbnb

“The listing was inaccurate — it’s advertised as a two-bedroom, but it’s actually a one-bedroom apartment with a bunk bed setup in the living area, not a separate enclosed space. Unfortunately, the host tried to justify this in several ways rather than simply acknowledging the mistake, which made the experience frustrating. That said, if you’re looking for a one-bedroom place with extra sleeping space in the living room, this apartment is cozy and comfortable. The unit was clean, and the amenities were great — including the community hot tub and game room. The host thoughtfully provides beach towels for the hot tub, and the wood burner adds a nice, cozy touch. There was some minor noise from upstairs, but nothing major.”airbnb

“The place looked just like the listing, and the photos were accurate. It's 15 minutes walk to Canyon lodge. However, when we checked in, it didn’t feel very clean. The carpet, pillows were dirty, some corners were dusty, and a few pieces of tableware still had food stains. The dishwasher was also broken, and unfortunately there wasn’t a solution during our stay.”airbnb

“Outdated condo that needs some updates. The shag carpet under the dinning room table is an interesting choice. I would not advise for young kids as the place is a death trap. There is a loft that kids can easily fall from as the railings are not to code. There is not any Tupperware in the kitchen to store food. I requested this during my stay and they were unwilling to stock it. I would not stay here again for the money. The development is out dated.”airbnb

“Cute and comfortable place, walking distance to the Canyon Lodge. Full kitchen, big windows, fireplace, tv, coffee machine, towels and toiletries. Couple of lights didn’t work but it was no bother. I would stay there again. We couldn’t find the code to get into the main office, so we didn’t use their game room and other amenities. Someone let us in to get the parking pass and the lady was less than happy to see us for some reason. So I’d say that was the only downfall.”airbnb

“The property itself is passable. One bathroom appears newly renovated and spacious, while the rest of the house is older. In general, the stay was manageable. The real issue is the host. We checked in around 9 PM on the first night and immediately found that one of the shower curtain rods, along with the curtain, had completely fallen down, making the shower unusable. We reported it with photos. The host didn’t respond until the next day. When they finally did, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to offer a solution. The only response was: “don’t know what happened, that’s strange.” One bedroom also repeatedly tripped the breaker when using the heater, while others did not, which is both inconvenient and concerning. Issues can happen, but this level of indifference is not acceptable. As a host myself, this is far below basic standards. I would not recommend this host, when there are many better options in Mammoth.”airbnb
