“Very pleased!”

“Very pleased!”

“The price at the time when me and my friend booked it was a little over $1,000 per room. I think it's slightly higher than what we would like but for what it was and the responsiveness of the team, the location in regards to the three major colleges in the downtown area was worth the price. Parking would get cramped at times But all in all they were flexible with our stay and very very very responsive to any concerns we had regarding our unit”

“Fantastic private yet close to everything”

“Thank you.”

“This is my second time staying at this home & like always such an amazing host & great home!”

“Location was great - very walkable. Quiet place, exactly what I needed for my stay. Great communication. Flexible with a last minute extension I needed. Overall, impressed and very grateful for the flexibility.”

“pros: super responsive host, clean apartment, easy to get into, in a decent spot lots of restaurants around the area. had multiple beds and two TVs which was nice cons: laundry is on site but no machines in room, no dishwasher. it's hard to to say because I booked just a couple weeks so I don't know if price changes. but for the price lacking a dishwasher and laundry machine in room seemed odd. I have stayed at cheaper places that had washing machines in the rooms along with dish washers. only caveat to that is I didn't book in advance super far. and I know things are a lot cheaper on when you book further out. but that is really the only con about the place overall it was a good place with a responsive host that was accomdating when I needed to extend the stay and do a late checkout because I work night shift.”

“Great place to stay long term for work”

“Great value.”
