“The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed The location was very nice - across from the park and lake, and close to family for our weekend visit. We had minor problems with the entry lock - the door was sticking and did not open easily at first. The entry path around the side of the house, and the back yard and deck could use some TLC.”

“We rented almost the entire building. It worked well for our large group in town for a wedding. Plenty of space. It was clean except for the brown pile carpet that just needs to be replaced as it clearly doesn’t come clean anymore. Kitchen was well appointed for our purposes.”

“House was in great location for good value. House could use a little maintenance. Front deck needs work (very unsturdy). Incomplete and slow communication.”

“There’s a smell of pee in the house throughout the floors were dirty. If you wear white socks they are black in an hour on the bottom. The air conditioning is not up to par. Lots of room stay too hot. Other than that it was an OK deal. I think there needs to be a few updates for sure.”

“Everything inside was immaculate. Just the porch and walkway was very dirty. If only needing one bed it would be awesome. Clearly states 2nd bed is a sofa sleeper; however, it was like sleeping directly on springs. If would provide a sofa sleeper would give 5 stars for the inside as it is really cute and other bedroom was nice, quiet and comfortable.”

“Firstly, the property photos are accurate, it’s in a good location and the property manager was very responsive to start. However when we got there the manager had maintenance working on issues in the Airbnb we were staying in. I was put off by that and when I went into the Airbnb it was hot. I ended up unfortunately staying because I was told by the manager the AC was just worked on and it would be cooling down. I had a concert that day, and when arriving back it was like a heat box, I messaged the manager and her only solution was one fan for the entire place and to move it around to rooms with us. One AC had a fuse blown (not fixed) one AC let little to no airflow out. My guest had heat exhaustion and we had to leave early. The maintenance and temperature issues here are real and there’s little transparency about it, our entire stay there was nothing done to fix the issue, and this caused health concerns. When bringing up these issues there was little response until we left.”

“Was a decent place but not very clean. Floor was dirty carpet had stuff on it. Shower bath mat was full of black mold. Messaged was told someone would come clean it and no one showed. It was easy to get in and out. Close to where we had to be so that was nice. Just felt like it was left the way the previous tenants left it, like it was just cleaned like the instructions you get to do before you leave.”
