PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS UNIT As an experienced Airbnb customer who’s stayed in airbnbs in over 20 countries this was the single worst I have stayed at , firstly it was small , secondly the bathroom sink didn’t work , the bathroom shower head broke off due to the hosts cheaply bought products , additionally there was boogers on the shower walls , The bed was broken , and the closet was falling off the hinges with rust , additionally the hang iron stained my $300 shirt with rust disgusting place all around and they couldn’t even offer me a full refund horrible hosts

If anyone is interested in staying in a hot shoebox, this is the place for you. barely room to move, we spent about 15 minutes in this place and went to a hotel. BEWARE of QUOCATION.....FALSE ADVERTISING

Unit was not cleaned well. There were stains all over, especially in the bathroom. Trashcan in the bathroom didn’t work. The hairdryer was hidden behind the extra pillow in the top of the drawer. Also kept finding hairs from previous tenants all over the room. The WiFi wasn’t working on our first night.

Yikes 😮‍💨 Our place smelled like a wet dog. Air circulating by a fan caked in dust on the kitchen counter. A half eaten bag of chips tied with a hair clip in the cabinet next to the near empty bag of cheap coffee.. A piece of dog treats wrapper on the carpet.. TV was falling off the wall.. We opened the doors to the dark balcony littered with trash and teenagers yelling till about 4am, but that helped with the smell. The couch and carpet were filthy tho. The sleeping area was clean, minus the bit of dog hair, no mattress cover. Ceiling ~ 6” from your face but otherwise comfy. Shower was awesome. Sooo “Quocation” is using designated affordable housing for their personal gain on Airbnb…and clearly in over their heads keeping up with all their capital… (31 listings at time of this review). It felt like a college dorm where a boy and his dog had just moved out, like hours ago..probably because he couldn’t afford rent after “Quocation” outbid them. Don’t stay here 🥴

Fine practical place but they cut corners on a number of items, most notably the workstation. Cheap. And chairs were off kilter despite being easily fixed with one bolt

Nice location. Quiet but close to DT. Did not like that check in was so late at 4pm and that an early check in was only possible with an additional charge.

They offered early check in and charged me for it; I had to leave work for 4.5 hours mid day to switch units and the key code they gave me did not work. Again. This has happened 2 times with room changes mid visit and keys not accessible based on their instructions . In unit 107, the key code worked but there was no key inside. They had their lovely site attendant, Christie, come tell me that someone cancelled because they hated the room and she had to search for the key in the kitchen drawer. This is blatant negligence. They are also trying to contact Airbnb repeat guests and calling and emailing to pay outside the app. They are charging more and I decided to still book but within the app. Be better and show this application the respect it deserves and the safety required for your guests or stop hosting. It’s not fair to good hosts and the platform how you’re treating guest relations. They gave me $31.50 refund for 4.5 hours of missed work to change rooms where there was no key.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this building and I’ve had to move two times within my stay due to broken things from toilet push buttons in unit 103, to broken cupboard in unit 104, to broken screen and blinds that don’t keep people on the street from looking in in unit 107, to non functioning lights and heater in 404. I’ll never stay here again and when I asked for a refund due to the hours I had to wait for the key because they gave me an incorrect code, they refunded me $31.50 and my stay in the two apartments, as they had to move me and I needed to leave work to accommodate that need, was over $800. Terrible customer service and would not recommend. The first time I stayed there was because my cat had just gotten surgery and it was close to the vet. They had me move units mid stay with my cat post op. Really terrible hosts. Asked if I wanted to pay thoutside airbnb app it made me uncomfortable. I’m a long time user of Airbnb and their caretaker Christie is great. They are bad

Hi there. I was mostly satisfied with my stay but unfortunately there were some things that bothered me. As soon as you walk into the building it was very dirty. Carpet was dirty and mostly likely is never vacuumed, the garbage was over flowing and it did have a smell. When I got to my room which was in the basement I instantly noticed dirty kitchen utensils, dirty blinds, dirty nightstands/lamps, dirty cement ledge above the headboard, the glass table was also dirty with what looked like leftover food from the previous person who stayed, and I think the “kitchen” sink leaks. With all that being said, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfy, covers looked to have been cleaned but it’s hard to trust that they were with how the rest of the place looked. The water pressure was amazing and it was a 5 minute walk to Harborview which is where I spent most of my time so that was nice. It wasn’t a horrible place but it is definitely not cleaned the way it should be.

Was the worst Airbnb experience I ever had , terrible from the start, keys wasn’t left in drop box - waited till 5pm then was offered another Airbnb they had which got in was dirty ,trash countertop filthy -missed reservations due to late check,parking was insane only paid parking in area Ended up leaving and booking another airbnb at 9pm
