“Michael cancelled our stay 3hrs before check in after an almost 20hr trip to get there with our 5 yr old. No communication prior and we very luckily had WiFi on our final flight or we would have turned up at the apartment. we had to pay 3 x the cost to find something else.”

“It’s an ok, clean place if you just need a place to lay your head at night. Other than that I don’t recommend. The host was unresponsive. When we asked questions he would read the messages and not reply to any of them. It is a maze just to find the room as well. The biggest issue during the stay however was how rude the desk staff was. They closed the main entrance about 20 minutes earlier than the posted time and I was locked out in the courtyard. Thankfully the staff was still there but I had to bang on the door for them to get up from the couches after ignoring me. The person that finally answered the door was very dismissive and all three men were rude and snarky.”

“Incredible unhappy and disappointed! I stated twice we would be checking in after 12pm and was NEVER informed until day of that check in had to be before 11pm. When I called the hotel at 10:35pm there was no answer because the lobby closes at 10pm. We had to scramble last minute to find a new hotel and lost money. Completely unacceptable.”

“It was an okay stay. I guess you get what you pay for. The shower didn’t have hot water. For a night or 2 it’s sufficient.”

“There were eating places within walking distance, but you had to cross 4-6 lanes of busy traffic. Outside corridors to our room were wet & dirty. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Apples and muffins in baskets for breakfast. The room was cheaper than most in the area.”

“we stayed the night before for our cruise departure. the room was clean but were expecting an apartment style complex. the building is a updated motel. pool area was nice. close to fast food and port everglades. host was unresponsive.”

“Pictures do not match listing. Hard to find room initially. Front desk employee very rude and short when asking questions. Received key for 430 when listing said 405. This is basically a run down motel that is listed as an Airbnb. Surroundings felt unsafe. Paid for two beds, only had one. Visibly dirty. While reaching out to host, he never responded. We walked in the room, turned around and walked right back out and booked a hotel nearby for the night.”

“The entire place smelled of dirty dog. Full of residents living here and inconsiderate to visitors. Couldn’t sit next to the pool without smelling marijuana the entire time. Especially sitting right next to us while we have an infant. This is suppose to be smoke free, yet nothing is done about it. They were told to stop but instead just moved over 1 seat. Bar/restaurant beside pool wasn’t open as advertised.”

“Dirty facility and floors. Psychodidae flies in the bathroom. Host dogs not respond to questions. Stains on towels and sheets.”

“I would not recommend anyone to rent this place. First time I’ve ever been disappointed on an Airbnb. Pictures did not match the property. There is no chair in the room. There was no ice available throughout the whole property and I thought I was renting like a studio condo yet it was a converted hotel. The cleanliness of the property was very very, very poor. Bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. Just very disappointed for an Airbnb rental.”
