“At first look everything seemed fine then upon further inspection we quickly realized that the shower was clogged the cleaner came out and fixed it upon asking Rachel for help and a day after it re-clogged the listing said there was oil, salt and pepper. There was no oil there There was a spot on the bed sheet so we went to go change the sheets. There were no spare sheets that fit the bed The fans were extremely dusty blowing dust around as well as the ceilings lot of the amenities were broken, such as things the dryer The power went out for eight hours and we had asked Rachel for help on how we could fix or when it was going to be back on she was not very helpful. We could not go to the bathroom Use any water for eight hours we had to leave a day early because of family emergency that we could not miss we had asked for a refund given all the circumstances that had happened while we were staying there and given that we were leaving early and she could not refund us a night.not the best”
