“I typically never leave reviews but Andris and his unit deserve it! He was an amazing host! Friendly, professional, and prompt with his responses. Throughout my stay he checked in with me serval times to ensure I was satisfied with the unit and didn’t need further assistance. Believe it or not the property looks even better in person, everything was in pristine condition, very well kept. Located not far from downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle of things. Also very conveniently located (3-4 min walk) to catch the train. Amenities like the towel warmer, bidet, noise machine, smart tv with Netflix, etc. already signed in so you just click and watch w/o having to sign into yours and remember to sign out before checkout, are all thoughtful additions that make this unit the perfect home away from home! It’s evident Andris takes pride in hosting and proving a safe, comfortable, environment for his guest and I’m thankful that he shared it with us! We will definitely be back!”

“Home away from home. Place looked exactly like the pictures and it was very clean. Host was very proactive with communication and if anything we needed during our stay. One of the best locations to stay at because of how close everything is located. Only thing i can suggest for an improvement is the pillows were a little bit too hard to sleep on and the shower head didn’t have enough pressure other than that everything was perfect. Last thing i want to say was how aesthetic the place looked and that contributed to the great stay we had”

“I just spent 5 days in Chicago and really enjoyed my stay at the Sloth Apartment (once you get there, this will make perfect sense!). The hosts were super communicative, both proactively and reactively. Very friendly and even got to do a stop and chat with one of them in the building hallway. Super nice guy! The apartment itself is one of the cleanest and most nicely decorated AirBnB's I have stayed in. A lot of nice decorating touches. Very comfy bed and pillows. I usually stay a little closer to Wrigley Field, but for the price, this was a great option. I will definitely stay here again!”

“WOW! This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many different Airbnbs and this spot is truly such a gem! I was so blown away by how intentional, beautiful, clean and cozy this place was. It smelled amazing, the couch was soo comfy, the king size bed was a treat, and the well thought out design and decorations made me this space feel so incredibly cozy, warm and luxurious. Having parking in Chicago is amazing and there’s a really good sushi place right next door. I felt so relaxed and content staying here. You can really tell the hosts poured so much love into this space and it will definitely be my go to every time I visit Chicago! Thank you!”

The property was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. The location was convenient, near the blue line train into the city making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a quiet place to come back to each evening.
