4.70
PropertyLink's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

I absolutely loved staying at this upper west side apartment. You couldn’t have a better area . Right across the street from central Park, the museum of natural history and the planetarium. Every day, I did a lot of walking and exploring, and I loved it I actually didn’t want to leave. As for the apartment itself it’s a studio apartment a good size for one or two guest very clean , full kitchen one bed, bathroom I enjoyed every day living in this fantastic location of New York City It was a pleasure Thank you, Jennifer

$150 in utilities billed a week later. At $5/day when I wasn’t even there. Feels scummy. Just bake it into pricing

The apartment is nicely located, and I had a large 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The apartment is very bare bones. The mattress is way past its life, and you can feel the springs and the indentations left by years of commercial use. I had opened a ticket by sending them email and they never bothered to reply. When i used the stove, it left certain smell and fearing gas leak, i wanted to make sure the fire alarms were working. Upon checking, they had neither batteries in them nor were they connected into the street power in the back. That is a code velation, fire hazard and life safety issue. I ended up ordering two 9v batteries via Uber that night to and have not been compensated. Upon initial stay, the AC did not work, and it was only working as a heater. For three days, I had to bear the heat over the weekend until the technician came to fix it. It seems they had not done the connectivity somewhere to enable the cooling as summer months started. The host Jennifer is awful.

Great location in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen—just a short walk to Broadway theaters, wonderful coffee shops, and some of the best dining NYC has to offer along 9th Avenue. The apartment itself is intimate, quiet, and offers lovely views, especially overlooking the garden area and the beautiful nighttime skyline. A small note for future guests: you may want to consider bringing your own bedding and towels for added comfort. Overall, the unbeatable location and peaceful atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.
