“Great place to stay”

“We loved our stay! We were comfortable! The condo was clean and so close to thr beach and local restaurants! We would stay here again!”

“The property had more bad than good. The good thing is that it is walking distance to Walmart. The bad, there was a noticeable smell. After investigating, we found rat feces everywhere behind the sofa. Sofa was infested was bugs, the main bedroom has an attic door above the bed that’s not fully closed, the bathroom in the main room isn’t insulated, the closet doors in 2 of the rooms are broken and the doors will fall off the hinges and hit you, rat feces under the kitchen sink, there’s a lot of damage to the property. There were living and dead bugs there upon arrival. The backyard wasn’t clean. I immediately asked for a refund.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Condo was in a great location. Beds were comfortable. While the condo lacked some cleanliness, the property was nice. Pool seemed to lack chlorine. Overall, would stay here again.”

“We took a 3 day weekend family trip. The house was so easy to find, super clean, organized and well stocked! The neighborhood is sooo quiet and friendly. We felt very safe and at home. The shower water is opposite, water pressure is great and very big! We had 6 adults and a 1 year old and had plenty of room. We loved the pool and the beach towels provided. We will definitely look into a second stay when we vacation again this summer!”

“The water in the shower is backwards, luckily we figured it out so we didnt have ice showers. They never responded to a question or concern i had with the fridge or about parking. The house was clean. Neighborhood quiet. The never ending hot water was amazing especially when the stomach flu hit some of my kiddos. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool! We had a lovely and quiet time. Lovely location, nice for relaxing just don't expect any communication after check in. House was stocked with all essentials for cooking and eating utensils. All the themed flamingo items was an adorable touch. All in all it was a nice little place. One outlet in the kitchen did not work, and the microwave only worked sometimes.”

“Not recommended. Stocked with minimal amenities and no hair dryer, no blanket for watching tv, only 2 tvs and the bedroom tv did not work, after complaints i got a call night before leaving to say their new fire sticks came in and would I like one. Clearly a rental property management company that could care less about anything but the next customer coming in.”

“First impression - there’s a lot of wear and tear (flooring ripped/coming up, stained furniture, lots of scuffs on the walls, closet door falling off) which wasn’t a big deal to me and my family. But the Airbnb was VERY dirty. We had to wear shoes in the house because walking barefoot in it, our feet were turning black. There was hair in the guest bathroom tub, hair in the master bathroom sink, mold in the dishwasher, lots of dirt dust and hair under the jute rug in the dining room, dust and cobwebs in the corners of the master bedroom, and almost all the dishes in the cupboards, the utensils in the utensil holder next to the stove were ALL dirty with food stuck to them. I’m hoping at the very least, our linens were clean. If they pay a maid or cleaning company they definitely need to find a new one. But it’s in a really convenient location to Walmart and the beach. And they did refund me for the cleaning fee.”
