“We had a girls trip - so 11 of us in the house. We had a blast. House accommodations were excellent. Spacious home. Some in our party felt like it was a top resort style. Highly recommend. We definitely would come back if we are in the area.”

“The place was in a good location, it was clean and sanitary. We had two issues and the first one was quickly resolved but the smoke detector beeping was annoying the log for checking it was very outdated. Then when the key fob for the pool and gym wasn’t working, I was treated like I was wrong until I sent a video proving the fob wasn’t working. Then someone came the and gave us a new fob but because of the delay we couldn’t use the pool until someone came and gave us the new one. The tv wasn’t up in the second bedroom just the wall mount for a tv and the towel rod was down in the second bathroom. The folder with checkout instructions do not match the message of instructions on the Airbnb instructions.”

“Convenient location”

“This is officially the last time I will ever use Airbnb. We booked our Kauai vacation before Hurricane Lowell hit because we wanted to enjoy the beautiful beaches and hiking trails. We chose Airbnb because there were 6 of us and it seemed easier to accommodate us all than pay for multiple hotel rooms. Well..we should have paid whatever it took to stay at a hotel because all hotels cancelled and refunded everyone’s reservations during the time we went. We pleaded with the host and Airbnb to let us out of the non-refundable booking since the island was urging people not to come and it was clear that we would not enjoy beaches or hikes. They couldn’t care less since the property was not damaged. We went because we didn’t want to throw away over $5000 but there were few beaches that were usable and definitely no hiking…Maybe the place would be nice in normal times..this time I just noticed moldy bathrooms and thought of how I wished I could be on an island not ravaged by a hurricane.”

“Everything was great aside from confusion with the new management company Red Rocks. They were very difficult to deal with and were relentless in bothering us. Gary and his team handled after a few days of confusion”

“place was nice, lots of amenities, sheets had a few stains nothing big. overall great stay. I did ask for early check in ( 1 hr ahead) and never heard back with any options.”
