“The condo was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for my family of seven. The layout was ideal, with a private balcony off the master and ocean views from the second bedroom. The beach was within walking distance, and the pool was a nice bonus. However, several issues impacted our stay. The bed in the second master was uncomfortable, and there were cleanliness concerns, including rusted knives on the patio chair and an unclean freezer. There was an air mattress but it had a slow leak. I was also promised a $150 activity credit but never received instructions or a response after following up. Most concerning was the unwelcoming front staff. Our greetings were often ignored, making my family feel out of place. The checkout process also felt excessive and somewhat harassing, as I received a follow-up text asking when I would depart after already receiving instructions earlier via email. Overall, great space, but poor hospitality and communication.”

“Absolutely fabulous!!! We needed a space for ourselves and our in-laws to feel comfortable. This was everything and more. The space, the amenities in the unit, the cleanliness was TOP tier. We felt right at home with everything you could ever need. Throw blankets, cozy furniture, bedding, the room with the bunk bed, our daughter LOVED the stars on the ceiling. We could tell we were in a space that has been well taken care of and that they put a true investment in their cleaning company that has been hired to take care of their vacation properties. Margate is a prestigious place to stay and we’re honored to have been able to stay and enjoy the beach and pool! A bummer we did have was that out of the 2 pools, only one was heated and not “very” heated. The building has a huge shadow after the sun reaches about the 1pm hour and it’s a chilly place to relax. But our little one enjoyed it (as most kiddos do!). We’re already wondering when we should come back!”
