The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. It was beautifully furnished, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning and evening memorable. The check-in process was simple, communication with Prista Vacation Rentals was excellent, and they were quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. It was evident that they take pride in providing a quality experience for their guests. The Margate itself is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach. The property was quiet, secure, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment while still offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation, and we would not hesitate to book with Prista Vacation Rentals again.”

“Our first but definitely not last stay at Margate 804 was amazing! We had been renting a condo in a nearby building (not at the Kingston and not managed by Prista) for many years. The afternoon of our arrival day I received a phone call that there was an AC issue in the unit and our reservation was being cancelled. WHAAATTT? This was peak season, a Saturday in July. We came across this rental that was miraculously available and it was not only perfect, but much more spacious and attractive than our original one! This condo is beautifully decorated, has so much space, and the location is safe and secluded. The kitchen and baths are unbelievable for a beach rental. Our communication with Prista Vacations was immediate and thorough, even with the last minute reservation. We consider this our new vacation home and have the other families we vacation with moving to the Kingston location too! Thank you for making what was really looking like our worst vacay ever to one of the very best ever!”

“Easy check in. The condo is on the first floor and perfect location with a beautiful view of the lake. The master bed is very comfortable. The condo was like being home away from home. This condo did not provide any spices to cook with nor beach things but from that had everything else you need. I recommend to rent a golf cart so it's easier to get to the beach. We had one small issue to do with a power outage in some parts of the condo but it was caused by a building surge. I contacted Prista management and they were right on it, trying to figure out how to solve the situation which was actually out of their hands. we were very pleased on how everything was handled.. “We couldn’t have enjoyed our time more! Everything was as described, clean, and the host was easily accessible and answered the few questions we had prior to our trip. We were in town for a week that included a dance competition and the condo allowed for ample space for our 7 person party to have room to spread out and decompress if needed. Would highly recommend for large groups.”
