“STALE CIGARETTE + MUSTY SMELL Outdated interior and the whole room smells like a bar, and everything was wet and sticky. Flooring and ventilation need serious renovation. Not worth the price, check their google reviews.”

“Great spot for the views, however the unit seemed to lack some well needed upgrades. Power was out in the unit for the majority of the second day, without any support from host or any updates. Unit also seemed to have some bugs inside, such as baby roaches. While it was only a couple, definitely not super maintained.”

“The door hinges to both bedrooms were broke / or messed up to where we could not close the doors. The tubs wouldn’t drain very well. Power went out multiples times the first day. The cleanliness was not the best the rugs and couches were not sweep in the living room.”

“When arrived lady was not nice when I asked if theres a bathroom. Got into room way smaller with a bit of smell. There dust and couch was nasty. Walling and ceiling needs a painted. The sheet was not comfortable, they were hospital sheets. The carpet felt wet. The shower area was so small so if ur plus size watch out. The pool and hot tun was not clean or treated. Had to ask to defoam the hot-tub two times. Only thing that was nice was the view and laying out to get sun. D202 was the room. I left early cause i was so disappointed and hated the visit. Oh soooo much noise during the day. Never will stay at Deerridge again!”

“My stay was going okay. until it was time to go to bed and it was bedbug crawling around freely in the sheets and my kid got bit . I even send a live video of the bedbug to the host but wont refund my payment back absolutely rediculous”

“I had a great experience at the condo. The view was great. The only issue was there was a small tear in the carpet that separated the living and kitchen area that had a nail/ tack sticking out we stepped on a few times. I noticed the owner but never got a response. We had to cover the area up with the rug from the kitchen. But the overall stay was amazing!”

“Place wasn’t clean, very dusty . After telling me I can pay for early check in, 20 min later they said i couldn’t because of cleaning. Got their property was so dusty. Great view, Karen neighbor.”

“Booked a condo at a resort expecting to be able to use the resort. Both the sauna and steam room were out of order and the host was very unhelpful regarding that. There was also food crusted on both blankets in the closets as well as dead bugs and dust in just about every corner.”

“Unfortunately, I did not fully enjoy my stay at Prestige Condo. One of the main reasons for booking was the jacuzzi, which was not operational during my stay. Additionally, unexpected snowy weather limited our ability to access amenities like the pool, and there was little to no support in clearing roads and walkways for guests. Noise was also an issue, as guests staying above us with small children caused continuous disturbances throughout the day and night. Overall, these factors significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.”
