“Everything was great but it wasn't described that it was a 3rd floor with no elevator and I have a bad knee. Very uncomfortable to have to go up and down with a disability.”airbnb

“Overall it was a nice place. I did have issues with finding bag storage before and after checkout. Prestige was said house keeping would allow my bags in the room i would stay in. After check out, I requested to hold my luggage for two hours. Again, Prestige helped, said the manager on site would call, but he took over 20 minutes to get back to me. This gave me less time to do my errand. He said he would accommodate me only to 2:30 pm, because his staff only woks till 3. ( staff told me 4)after he agreed to store my stuff, he sends me this text that states {Hi Susan, Im very sorry but we cannot accommodate your request today. Our team has a very tight schedule and we’re trying to help you but it seems that we are the one making an inconvenience to you. Thank you for your understanding!}. This text was after I already left on bike town by bike!! Before he called me the first time, i saw the housekeeper, she put the bags in a storage. Very stressfull, i will never stay here again.”airbnb

“While the location is convenient near beaches, we encountered major issues during our stay. There was no elevator for the three-story building, which was not mentioned in the listing. The keypad wasn't working when we arrived, the host was completely unreachable and the front door was actually left unlocked. Inside, the unit was filthy: the floors were dirty, the kitchen was grimey with garbage in a bedroom drawer, the sofa had dog hair and crumbs, and the pantry doorknob was on the floor. The bathroom was particularly unclean and with residue in the showers. There was also no cover on the crib, and the bed sheets appeared unwashed. We had to spend a full night washing sheets and cleaning the unit ourselves, and only received missing items like the iron and hair dryer at 11 am the next morning, with no flexibility from the host to come in earlier. Airbnb support had to step in to help address our concerns.”airbnb

“I stayed here for two nights and three days and the location is definitely a strong point, there are plenty of walkable restaurants and entertainment nearby, which made getting around very convenient. That said, the stay didn’t fully meet my expectations. I found women’s hair in both the room and bathroom, the internet wasn’t working during my stay, and the bathroom sink had an unpleasant odor that takes very long to flush. Additionally, I was asked to move to a different place after my reservation had already started, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location is great, but there are some cleanliness, maintenance, and consistency issues that could be improved. I requested a 20 to 30 percentage discount for the inconvenience and never received it. Lastly, I won’t stay there again.”airbnb

“Place was very nice, clean and new. We were on the first floor, the noise above us was horrible! You could hear heavy walking so loudly. We did not have any pool towels. We were really hoping the unit had beach items to use since it was advertised being so close to the beach. The pool area was beautiful we did enjoy our time out there.”airbnb

“There was a horrible odor in the kitchen that I could not pinpoint. Looking back, the four air freshener bottles placed throughout the living room and kitchen should have been a red flag. I contacted management multiple times, but they repeatedly brushed off my concerns. Eventually, they claimed that cleaning staff had inspected the unit and “found no issue.” After many back-and-forth messages and a great deal of frustration, they finally agreed to move me to another unit. I then requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but I was either ignored or given the runaround. They kept saying they needed approval from the unit owner (I assume Prestige is the management company). Despite numerous messages through the app and weeks of waiting, I never received any refund or discount. I stayed at the property for nearly 10 days, and this is not how guests should be treated. Overall, the experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend staying at this”airbnb

“This place was not clean and the host did not care. This is strictly a corporate managed Airbnb. There were bugs inside the fridge, the bathroom tub was clogged causing a puddle of water to sit while you shower and the shower was dirty with hair everywhere. The towels also had hair on them. They only provided less than half of a toilet tissue roll, one face towel, and two dry towels. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and one morning when my wife woke up she saw a big cockroach crawling in the living room. After reaching out to the host about our issues they had someone drop tissue off to our place without informing us and or getting our permission. We asked to check out early and get a refund for the days we had left but they never communicated back with us about it. (But they did continue to send out there automatic text messages) We couldn’t deal with it any more so we left our stay early and had to book a hotel elsewhere without receiving any refund.”airbnb

“Location was great. However, there was trash left in the bathroom from previous guest, there was not a trash can or trash bags in the kitchen. Missing light bulb. There were only two towels, one of which I had to use on the bathroom floor because the bathroom got sopping wet with each shower. I also didn’t love that the property manager texted me outside the app late at night to check-in. There are brown stains on the mattress cover when I removed the sheets. Overall it was just a bit dusty and not very clean. Otherwise the hosts were kinda and responsive. If you’re staying more than 1-2 nights with multiple people I would stay somewhere else.”airbnb
