“I am traveling with my family with kids. The private lodge is located in a nice place close to weir beach (a few minutes driving) and beautiful lake area. The host gave clear instructions but the whole complex is out dated and needs significant upgrades. The entrance gate is not working properly. We got stuck when we left. The gate did not open automatically. The room should be clear. There are area of obvious stains and dust. Missing window shades, loose tables, broken shower head, dirty coffee maker. The sitting side is dirty. We did not want to use the kitchen and towels. They used dark color bed sheets, towels, bowls/cups. The public space is so old too. The building inside is out of shape. I am not sure how long the host can keep doing Airbnb without improvement…”

“This place would’ve been nice however, the condo itself was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, shower curtain had extensive mold and pink stains. There was no soap in the shower. The bedroom had large stains all over the floor and trash on the floor. Main living area was nice. If management could fix these issues the place would be acceptable.”

“The condo we stayed at was perfect for what we needed- location was great, easy to find, and the place was clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable- a wonderful ending to a long day of fair-going! My only complaints about our stay are confusing communicating and floppy outlets... The gate code I got via text was different than the one I got via message, but luckily one of them worked. The code for the keypad on our room was different in the app's Check-in instructions compared to the text I got, and the check-out instructions varied between the messages and the app as well- like requesting that the key be put in the lockbox ( there was only keyless entry) and a couple other minor things. The outlets were all old and loose- I had to prop my phone charger up on a shoe to keep it in the wall, and the other outlet I could reach was under the bed- I had to bend the prongs out on my fan to get it to stay in. I'd recommend they update the outlets, mainly for safety.”

“Solid rental for a couple nights. Kitchen is not well-outfitted. Only coffee cups to drink out of. No glassware or wine glasses. Two coffee pods for Jeurig were appreciated but would have been nice to have more. Followed instructions for trash disposal but could not find dumpster until exiting the parking lot. Overall, it worked out well.”

“Great view-kind of clunky to access because of the 3 different codes to get in!! Bathroom has several light bulbs out. Sliding door out to deck was unlocked when we arrived and I discovered it was because it cant be locked and needs repair. All & all not bad but thought it was going to be a little better considering the price paid.”

“It was decent! nothing fancy at all, very basic amenities. Pretty steeply priced for what you got. It was annoying to be told to wash dishes, and take out trash when you pay for a pretty hefty cleaning fee. Besides that, it was great! did the job for us to stay overnight for a concert at Gilford.”

“The house has a beautiful view. Just that. The bedrooms doesn't have doors, the bathroom door doesn't have lock, the shower is a DIRTY CABINET, the towels are from 2 or 3 years old. they didn't clean the balcony , there are spider nest everywhere, the living room has an invisible step. My husband , my daughter, my son and I fall 3 times, I broke 2 nails from my toes. The master bedroom doesn't have light, there is a mini Lamp . I will never back to that house and I don't will recommend to you.”

“We were disappointed to find dirty towels at check-in, no iron or bottled water (as mentioned), horrible WiFi connection, and a shower that had no water. I sent a message the morning of checkout- to share our disappointment, but got no response. Hence my review. Place was nothing special.”

“Very disappointed! Unit was in disrepair and issues were handled swiftly except the non working shower, I was told maid checked it and was in working order, it was not, I was compensated for the first set of issues and stonewalled on the shower issue, stay away!”

“Great location especially for BankNH concerts. When I was there in July at least half of the people in the complex were there for the same concert, great vibes. However the host was very unresponsive, I did not get any responses to multiple messages I sent regarding check in or check out instructions. I'm glad I was able to figure it out on my own. The building is also quite dated. If you want a no-frills concert lodging, this could be for you. But if you want a relaxing stay in the lake region, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.”
