Presana Homes's guest rating of 4.69 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Please get a Keurig coffee machine, and provide coffee pods for your guests. This is something every Airbnb that I’ve stayed in has had and yours didn’t. Other than that the house was beautiful. It was clean, with a very open floor plan. We loved it and would definitely stay again if you get a Keurig. Lol”airbnb

“Nice home and location. Did not ever respond to fire detectors not functioning properly, beeping every morning or going off every couple of days. Home was taken care of and clean. Was not many toiletries, supplies or normal cleaning products, if staying more then a couple of days.”airbnb

“We left 2 days into a 10 day work trip due to the home being dirty and filthy. Food on kitchen utensils, dust hanging from the ceilings, and dust on my pillows. After bringing it up to the host I was gaslighted and told that it was just lint as dust was falling from the ceiling onto my bed. Then I was told the dust on the ceiling was normal with a ceiling fan by the host. Then after checking out early I was charged 187 dollars for cleaning. The house needs maintenance and to be cleaned. They have unexpected rules like you have to walk the trash all the way to the road twice a week even though it says that no where on their page, also they want you to text them everytime you do it. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Better off save your money or stay somewhere else.”airbnb

“Talked with the staff and I hope they listen because 300$ a night is ridiculous with the problems I had”airbnb

“We were very disappointed with this stay. We arrived late at night after confirming late check-in, only to find no electricity, no lights, and an extremely hot unit. The building was under construction, with signs posted saying the power had been out for the prior week and would remain out during our stay. We tried calling and texting multiple times with no response, then had to spend hours finding and paying a premium for a last-minute hotel. Instead of helping, the host canceled our 2-day reservation with no real solution or goodwill gesture. They blamed “rolling blackouts,” but the posted notices made it clear this was due to construction. (All their other buildings in the same complex had power). We spent more of our planned vacation dealing with rescheduling, finding another place, and disputing our claims than enjoying our trip. All of it came at our expense, despite the host’s negligence. Our first vacation of the season was easily the worst experience we’ve had.”airbnb

“The location was beautiful, but the stay was not. The home was unclean upon art and there were maintenance issues that were reported early in the trip but no resolving to the problems.”airbnb

“Photos can be misleading. The property does not meet the expectations set by the pictures. Unpleasant smell bring plug ins! We encountered our first issue with the microwave, and the host took two days to replace it. Her demeanor was never welcoming or courteous. I sent out a request for additional nights and a text to them to ask questions regarding additional fees and the host called me numerous times within 2 mins and also sent me numerous texts from their personal number. I attempted to talk to her, but she was unkind throughout the conversation. She claimed that cleaning fees were based on reviews and that she was unsure if I was a clean or dirty tenant. She also denied my request to extend my stay because I had made the request through Airbnb, not directly to the host. I would not recommend staying here, never had a stayed in a place where I had to deal with this kind of behavior from a host.”airbnb

“This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The host allowed pest control to enter the unit without my consent, even after I explicitly told them not to let anyone in. That alone is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. What made it even worse was how the situation was handled afterward. The host made zero effort to come and address the issue, check on the situation, or make things right in any way. Instead, they immediately jumped to forcing me to leave the property early, which was incredibly disruptive and stressful. To top it off, they were unwilling to provide a full refund for the stay despite everything that occurred. Being put out of the unit under these circumstances and then having to fight for a fair resolution is not something any guest should have to deal with. This host showed no regard for guest comfort, privacy, or basic customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here—there are far better, more professional”airbnb

“I had my toolbox stolen and all I wanted was assistance for proof that I got it stolen and the host only brought up “the rules say ‘this’’ and this isn’t a place for everyone.” “There is large homeless population in the area.” “The cops won’t do anything.” The only point I was trying to get them to understand is I needed some form of proof because being 2 hours late for work and telling those over me “ I got all my tools stolen” with no proof looks a little sketchy or I’m full of it. Just thought it was very inconsiderate and wish she would have heard me out better. Then proceeded to tell me my check out date was a day earlier just to make my stay even more uncomfortable after the fact. Then all you can say is “disregard that message”. I’ve been staying in air bnb for over a decade and never felt this level of discomfort anywhere. I hate that I have to even type this message, but in the future please be more considerate of the guests. I wasn’t asking to get anything back, just proof.”airbnb

“Severe cigarette smoke smell despite "smoke-free" listing, it caused us nausea and headaches. We would NOT have booked it if this had been disclosed.”airbnb
