“This is our second stay at this condo because we love it so much. It has the best location. Near parking lot, restaurant and pool. The view from the balcony is perfect. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The property is beautiful. The beach is really nice and having a closet full of beach equipment was great. The upstairs bedroom is cozy with a king bed. The only down-side is the steep stairs up to the room. Might not be a good choice for someone not comfortable doing stairs. We highly recommend this condo.”

“Great place, my main complaint was how extremely noisy the AC unit was and no ice maker in unit or nearby. Two ice trays that made very small ice isn’t going to cut it when visiting Kauai. Unit was very clean and well stocked otherwise. Invest in a real fridge with a real ice maker and I’ll be back.”

“I booked a 10-day stay. Unfortunately, I arrived, but the very next day I had to leave and return to the mainland due to personal reasons. I explained the situation and asked if there was any possibility of receiving a refund for the unused nights. Unfortunately, the answer was simply no.”

“It worked for a place to sleep, but worth looking at other options unless kitchen becomes well stocked, owner seeks a contractor to correct "renovations" such as the shower, lightbulbs added/changed, better sheets & pillows, etc. Positives were location/walkability, and the garden view plus no stairs. No response about early check-in”

“The location is ideal if you want a super touristy area. Everything we wanted to do was on the north or south side of island. The room is small and not ideal for stays over 2 nights. We had no access to clean towels or laundry. Checkout was at 10 and I received 3 knocks on the door, a phone call and text all before I left at 10:30. I stayed 6 days and I think a 30 min courtesy window is appropriate.”

“We stayed at premier Kauai for a week. PROS: The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the location was convenient. We enjoyed hearing the waves hit the beach while we slept. CONS: the towels were poor Quality, the screen door to the patio was missing a handle and was very hard to open from inside the room, there wasn’t any seasonings, aluminum foil -Anything helpful in the kitchenette. The mini split broke on the fourth day and when we contacted them about it they were not apologetic- they said they couldn’t get it fixed until After we left. I contacted Airbnb and asked for a discount. The management people said they would give us the discount but that they felt it wasn’t necessary. All in all we liked the place but the way they dealt with the issues was unprofessional.”
