“This was a wonderful stay! The views were to die for and it was very peaceful! The pool, hot tub, and grounds were very well maintained! The bed was super comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The morning viewing of the sunrise was breathtaking - the beach right outside had lounge chairs already there. All the shops in walking distance made eating any meal and dessert super easy (also, grocery store and a drug store within 5 minutes). Can’t recommend enough!”

“Love this central location in Kauai. Loved how we could walk to everything we needed and local restaurants are great. We used the Kauai Bus instead of renting a car and it worked out great. We loved that this place was full of tropical beauty, was not crazy busy and not a high rise resort. We met so many nice people here. We loved our ocean view and all the well thought out items we could use in the place. Thank you for a great stay.”

“We stayed at premier Kauai for a week. PROS: The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the location was convenient. We enjoyed hearing the waves hit the beach while we slept. CONS: the towels were poor Quality, the screen door to the patio was missing a handle and was very hard to open from inside the room, there wasn’t any seasonings, aluminum foil -Anything helpful in the kitchenette. The mini split broke on the fourth day and when we contacted them about it they were not apologetic- they said they couldn’t get it fixed until After we left. I contacted Airbnb and asked for a discount. The management people said they would give us the discount but that they felt it wasn’t necessary. All in all we liked the place but the way they dealt with the issues was unprofessional.”

“Overall, great location and just what we needed for our family of three including our 6 month old. Beautiful views off the lanai with a great view of the ocean and endless ocean waves. Location was very central and walkable to many restaurants/shops in Coconut Marketplace. In addition, location made it very easy to take day trips to north/south shore. Pool area and tiki bar area were also a nice add and conveniently located. We did have issues with the AC unit and refrigerator upon arrival, however, the host was very responsive in getting a technician to troubleshoot while also offering an alternate location to stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back in the future.”
