“Nice unit. Very quiet, off in the corner of the property. Love being on the top floor. Smaller than some units in the property, with both bedrooms in back of unit by parking lot, as opposed to having master up front with ocean view and deck access. But the shaded lanai and the quiet surroundings made up for no wave sounds from bedrooms. The Lanikai complex itself is a first rate property. Units vary in terms of updates, with this one being somewhat dated in terms of decor, but this unit has lovely central a/c and is so quiet. We noticed that a couple of the ground floor units appear to be undergoing remodeling, but no construction noise was noticeable from this unit. The neighbors are friendly, the pool is nice and the beach access and walkability is fantastic. Water pressure is wonderful in both bathrooms. Parking is easy here also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This stay was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone . I loved that it was on the beach but a very quiet beach and did not feel overcrowded like other parts of the island .”

“We had such a wonderful stay! Easy check-in the condo looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. The beach gear on the porch was also nice to have even though we didn’t end up using any of. Sleeping giant grill and lava lava were great places to eat and so close!”

“This was a wonderful stay! The views were to die for and it was very peaceful! The pool, hot tub, and grounds were very well maintained! The bed was super comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The morning viewing of the sunrise was breathtaking - the beach right outside had lounge chairs already there. All the shops in walking distance made eating any meal and dessert super easy (also, grocery store and a drug store within 5 minutes). Can’t recommend enough!”

“We stayed at premier Kauai for a week. PROS: The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the location was convenient. We enjoyed hearing the waves hit the beach while we slept. CONS: the towels were poor Quality, the screen door to the patio was missing a handle and was very hard to open from inside the room, there wasn’t any seasonings, aluminum foil -Anything helpful in the kitchenette. The mini split broke on the fourth day and when we contacted them about it they were not apologetic- they said they couldn’t get it fixed until After we left. I contacted Airbnb and asked for a discount. The management people said they would give us the discount but that they felt it wasn’t necessary. All in all we liked the place but the way they dealt with the issues was unprofessional.”
