“Cody was great to work with! The space was just what we needed and he was very flexible with our dates as they changed unexpectedly. Thanks Cody! Highly recommend for someone who needs to stay a little longer, as we had a couple of months before our house was finished being built!”

“Cody is a good host Would rent again”

“The house is just like shown in the pictures. Clean, brand new linen and towels. Cody was excellent at responding and keeping an eye on every detail. Excellent location, with supermarkets, a mall, and nice restaurants nearby. Nice house to relax and enjoy a vacation. The Brandon area feels safe.”

“The apartment I stayed in was exactly as it was listed in the photos. Host sent messages to ensure address, checkin, and checkout were very clear. Would stay at their location again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the house. Definitely will be back.”

“Cody is very responsive, the pictures and description of the condo were very accurate. The whole place was clean, internet worked well and the book in the room explained everything.”
