“Nice big place for me to have a few days with my boys. They have a (very) small 2 bedroom house and it would have been really cramped. This offered us a nice place to hang out and not be too cramped. The house was well stocked with dishes and other items to make our stay pleasant. I will see if it is available the next time I take a vacation.”

“The place worked for our little group, and broadly was nice and clean and well set up. We had some problems with the quality of the furniture: the couch, chairs, beds and pillows all felt problematically small, flimsy and uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a decent nights sleep or relax with a movie for that reason. If they upgrade the furniture at some point it would be a great Airbnb but with the current setup I can’t fully recommend it.”

“The door had a big hole where the old doorknob used to be … the place was pretty in some places other places felt like it was old and needs updated while the pics made it look immaculate it was not so it was ok but for the price we paid it should have been amazing … very very stingy with towels and toilet paper there were two towels per room I myself use a towel for my hair and body so we had to share towels it was not optimal also the water in the master bath was never hot it was either cold or luke warm … the back yard area was pretty and so was the kitchen and back living room …. Also keep in mind there was only one en-suite another full bathrooms and a half bath downstairs we had 15 people there and it was tough getting ready for the wedding and events we had but that was my oversight when renting this house”

“The house was very well laid out with plenty of room for everyone but the place was kind of dirty, there was hair and soap scum in the tub and there was even a dirty fork in one of the bedrooms. Not worth the price. The BBQ had a foot of grease in the drip pan and actually caught fire, we had to clean it all out. There’s cigarette butts thrown throughout the yard out back. Will never stay there again but the place did fit our needs as far as space and location.”

“The stay overall was fine. The house was clean and easy to access. It was just missing all the basic things you'd have at another AirBNB or hotel. There were 10 guests listed on the reservations, half were kids. There was no soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms at check in. There was enough toilet paper to last 1 day for a 5 day stay. There were no tissues anywhere. The most basic of things that should be available weren't. The house is also listed as having AC. While technically true, on a hot day the upstairs (where the bedrooms are) doesn't get below 80 so everyone is going to be miserable (especially little kids who are uncomfortable). For $700/night or so after all the fees, you'd expect the basics that would be included in a $150/night hotel.”

“This was our first time booking an Airbnb, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Before arriving, I had already informed the host that I have five children and that our family is sensitive to pet hair, dirty furniture, and unclean bedding due to allergies. After driving nearly 9 hours with children, we arrived hoping to rest, but we were shocked by the condition of the property. The garage entrance was extremely dirty, filled with leaves and spider webs. As soon as we entered the living room, there was a very strong chemical smell possibly heavy air freshener or perfume that caused two of my children to vomit within minutes. Although the floors appeared clean visually, they clearly were not properly cleaned. Within a few minutes of walking inside with white socks, my children’s socks turned black from dirt on the floor. I personally had to mop the floors myself after arriving for hours. The back sliding door was almost impossible to open because the track. Dirty”

“The house and amenities were not cleaned or washed before we arrived. There were things left from previous guests that were not thrown out either. But, the house was in a nice area and quiet.”
