“Listing was as described. Enjoyed having a private yard for my pets. Good location.”

“Pros- great location, yard was nice, allows dogs, nice upgrade kitchen appliances, mattresses and pillows made it a good place to sleep. Cons- we couldn’t get in with our code and it took over an hour for someone to finally answer and give us a master code at 9:30pm, no trash bags or cleaning supplies, half a roll of paper towels, none of the TV remotes worked and ended up downloading an app to control it. on day 3 we noticed it was very humid, blankets felt damp which was when I finally figure out the dehumidifier was full of water and needed to be emptied. Recommendations- have a second phone number for emergencies, if someone is staying more than 3 days provide more cleaning supplies and trash bags, simplify TV system, instructions for the Dehumidifier, and access to washer/dryer for longer stay folks.”

“The place was nice, and provided plenty of accessories to make the place feel like home. It had all the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, spices, etc. The gas grill outside has seen better days but still did the job. It also had plenty of indoor/outdoor games to enjoy. The seating areas outside were nice and peaceful. The only two issues we had were that the pool was not serviced, so the water was cloudy and dirty, and the refrigerator was not cooling very well. The freezer part kinda worked so we put everything in there, but the top part did not cool, and no one was able to get in the pool. Other than that we enjoy the place.”

“I chose a place with a pool so we could use it. The first day we got in and it was cloudy and there was stuff floating around in it. I let them know and they sent someone out to clean it right away. The cloudiness didn't completely go away and there was still stuff floating around in it. I'm guessing the pool filter didn't work well. I usually don't nitpick things on reviews but some bedside table lamps would be nice rather than having to use the overhead fan light. There was no can opener so I had to stab a can with a knife. The microwave was also "half" broken, it worked but you couldn't see the time and I'm not sure that the time you put in was the time it cooked.”

“The Airbnb lacked basic privacy and had several maintenance issues. There were no regular interior doors; the bathroom and one bedroom only had shutter-style doors, and one of the bedroom shutters was broken. One bedroom window had no covering at all. The other had a window A/C unit positioned so the curtains had to remain open while it was running, leaving the room without privacy. We also saw roaches and were not provided with enough towels. Although there was a washing machine, it would not drain or spin properly, so we could not wash and reuse the towels. Overall, the property did not provide the privacy, cleanliness, or working amenities we reasonably expected from the listing.”

“Never stayed, horrible hospitality and zero consideration for guests. But they are sure to have a rental agreement and rules so their property is handled well. I say take them off Airbnb completely”

“Photos are misleading. The sofa had a big tear. The other chairs were torn. There was a used old coffee filter with old coffee in it. The dryer’s filter was so full of lint. Only a couple of towels in the bathrooms. We left it cleaner than we found it. The cottage was nice. But not a fan of bunk beds. At night the rooms were really hot. Luckily we bought a fan. Then there was supposed to be a bbq pit there. They brought us one with a rusted bottom. All the coals were falling out of the bottom. We did like the outside when the lights came on. There was pros and cons to this cottage if I could post pictures I sure would.”

“We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and the privacy of the fenced in home. Also, the outdoor patio space was lovely! We were disappointed that the pictures in the listing were not accurate. The photos showed bunk beds, but neither room had bunk beds. There were only 2 bath towels - 1 in each bathroom. The shower curtain rod was not attached securely and fell down when opening it to shower. The furniture (leather couch and chairs) had large tears in them and foam was exposed - highly recommend replacing them. Overall cleanliness was good however, the blinds in the living room were very dusty when I went to open them. It could definitely use a more detailed clean overall.”

“Waited an hour due to no power, smell old, house is dirty and Dusty, towels pillows matress were yellows ans with stain, oven & fridge dirty. AC is too lowX hard to connect or no Wifi at all. The communication is inconsistent.”

“The place was very hot when arrive and the humid smell. the bedsheets had hairs and kitchen needs to be cleaner. Under the living room pillows find sand, trash, pillows will benefit getting a good wash to remove stains and smell the house will benefit with a deep cleaning.”
