“Really great place to stay, very spacious, clean and a lot of things to do! We’d definitely come back! Our only complaint given the location, renting a golf cart wasn’t an option, since there is no access that avoids the 361.”

“This place was great to stay for the Labor Day weekend, plenty of room for my party of 9. The rooms are small but we made it work. The only thing that I would Ask for is better pans to cook with, other than that everything was great. I had no idea there was a restroom at the bottom floor we never used it lol”

“The house was incredibly charming and location great. The only reason I had to give such a low rating was because of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms were in extremely rough shape and the master’s shower would not drain. It made for a bit of an uncomfortable stay just because of that.”

“The place was super clean the only downside is that the pool had sand and chips floating in the water when we arrived. Compare to the other pools next to us their water was really clean even with guests already in there. Overall we had a great time, the condo is really close to the beach.”

“BEWARE: the price does not match the quality. We booked this property because it offered several private sleeping areas, but our stay was extremely disappointing. The home had a serious roach problem -roaches were crawling on the walls while we slept, one crawled up my husband's leg, one flew into my son's eye, and they were even found in my daughter's clothing. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedding did not appear freshly laundered, the bedroom carpet was stained and sticky, and bleach wipes used on common surfaces came away dirty. Drawers and cabinets contained miscellaneous household items mixed with dead bugs, dust, and trash. We also found dead bugs in stored bedding, a stained ironing board cover, broken glass around the property, a used bar of soap in a tub, and several maintenance issues, including nonworking exterior lights, a fire pit that didn't work, and a dirty grill despite checkout instructions warning of a cleaning fee. Not enough space to say more here.”

“The house and the stay was awesome. But, with booking through Airbnb. Another rental company has this house posted. They were wanting contracts signed pictures of photo ID. I have never had to do this with Airbnb”

“Location and home was amazing, two issues not WiFi couldn’t get ahold of owner, so couldn’t use tv and had small children wanted to watch tv, limited to appliances, refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly”

“I liked the place but no phone call was not what I expected and the Hot tub was extra and although it was in the fine print no jets and or heat was very disappointing.”
