“Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed with a group for our wedding weekend and it was the perfect space for us all. The house was clean and spotless and we felt right at home. A lovely quiet street and perfect location to get everywhere. Would highly recommend!”

“It was nice but there was a day someone was doing construction outside and it was hard to get in and out of the building it was okay”

“I really enjoyed staying here and the area was very convenient as to why we were in town. Was about a 10 minute walk from a venue where we attended an event. Other residents were quiet and was a cute and cozy place to stay. Checkout and check in was very easy, the locking mechanisms are a little funky but there is an extra lock in the door as well as a chain lock. Only con about this place was the driveway and parking. If you got there late like we did you kinda had to squeeze in for parking. I also have a pretty low car and it was very inconvenient when getting in and out the driveway, it is very steep. There were also a few pretty massive potholes that aren’t super visible in the driveways that could seriously damage someone’s car and or tires. I had friends stay in this same building probably a year back and when I visited them there the potholes were still there then as well. Overall, was a nice place and I would recommend.”

“Kathleen’s place is beautiful. It’s located in prime, walkable downtown and is decorated really beautifully. We’d stay here again.”

“The house was very clean big yard for my pups but big gap under back gate I blocked it with chairs. If you have any mobility issues this is not the house for you. Getting up the steps would be hard carrying suitcase coolers etc. great fish restaurant near by The Fish Market Restaurant. You will hear trains and emergency vehicles throughout the night.”

“After staying at a BR of Kathleen’s in the same building, we decided to check out a studio. The vibe is absolutely the same. Noticeable differences were furniture quality wasn’t quite the same. Noticeably less kitchen equipment(glasses, silverware, etc). All in all, it’s a wonderful spot.”

“Kathleen was fabulous with communication! Was the house clean? Yes. Was it very much in need of some TLC? Oh yes. It’s an older place which is totally fine, but it definitely needs some updating. The couch was completely sunk in the middle. We used a TV from the guest bedroom in the living room so we could watch more than 10 channels. Barely any dishes. So the place was not quite 5 stars, but Kathleen was great!”

“Great stay at Kathleen's place! There were a few minor maintenance items that could be addressed and the wifi was spotty (could not work remotely here if solid internet was needed). However, several things make this unit a great place to book - the beautiful views, very comfortable beds (and so many queen sizes!) great amenities right on site for my kids with the pool and gameroom, extremely convenient location to local attractions, and the peaceful setting made this a great stay! If you value the views, amenities, and convenience - this is the place for you!! Lastly, Kathleen was extremely responsive. While not all the issues were in her control, she responded promptly and I appreciated her timely communication!”

“Kathleen was a very responsive host, and the home was clean. I would stay here again. My only point of feedback is that we tried to check in 45 minutes early because we had a 2-week old newborn baby, and she wanted to charge a $30 early check-in fee (after telling us that the unit was already clean and ready to check in). I recommend that she make her early check-in policy more transparent and be more accommodating with early check-in requests (particularly when the home is already clean and available for check-in).”
