“We had to address several things with Poppy one being scratched Teflon coated pans to cook with which they did replace another was how dirty the unit was dust bunnies on door hinges dirt on all horizontal services dirt in the corners spiderwebs and crevices where ceiling meets wall. I asked for a supervisor to come take a look at it, but they would not send anyone a second cleaner showed up 1 1/2 hours late and ran through quickly so she could get to her next job we cleaned more and more thoroughly than she did.”

“We had a great stay! The home sets up perfectly for six people (four adults, two kids on our trip). We loved the poolside views of the mountains to the west, and views of the mountains to the east from the hot tub. There are also fruit trees on the property (white grapefruit!) that you can draw from when they are in season. The property location was convenient to south Palm Springs trailheads as well as supermarkets, coffee shops, and breakfast spots on the south side of town. Overall this was a terrific property and we hope to return some day.”
