“We loved our stay here! It was our first time visiting Asheville and the location of this condo made it so easy to walk everywhere and explore downtown! The condo was super cute, well stocked with essentials, and very clean! Looked just like the photos in person!! Andrew checked in to ask how our stay was and if we need anything and is extremely responsive. He also left recommendations for the best things to do in the area which is always helpful for a first time visit! Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Asheville and definitely recommend for anyone visiting!”

“Loved this place!! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and so welcoming! The little extras, like the complimentary bottle of wine, were such a nice touch. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! The parking is a good block away but not a big deal. You can drop off things if need to before parking. We had a Ford F150 with 2 bikes on the back and were able to finagle it in. The spot is pretty narrow but we made it work. Hope to return!!”

“Centrally located, clean, spacious, and quiet, Andrew’s place offers more space than a typical hotel room and of course a kitchen. I did some remote work in the large living room and open kitchen adjacent to Chicken Alley and the interior bedroom was dark and peaceful so I didn’t even need to use my eye shades at night. Near some great shops and places on North Lexington Avenue and no more than a ten minute walk to other parts of downtown Ashville.”

“Absolutely spotless, comfortable retreat! Andrew is a great host and is extremely responsive to all inquiries. The location for downtown Asheville couldn’t be better! Hope to be back for another visit soon!”

“Andrew’s downtown Asheville apartment has everything you could possibly need. It is close to downtown restaurants and shops, but also has dedicated off street parking to allow you to explore outside of town. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had thoughtful touches, including the provided toiletries. I enjoyed my stay and would love to return the next time I’m in town!”

“This was for a three sibling reunion and was perfection. The place was better in person than even the beautiful pictures displayed. The directions to the door while driving should be read, reread and put to loose memory before embarking;) but the directions are clear and exact. Having three cars and one parking spot is easily navigable following the suggestions provided and as the cars were parked once upon arrival and not needed again during stay it was easy peasy-As to say, we literally walked everywhere! All I can say is come stay and enjoy!!”
