“The house was beautiful and very clean. Very stylish too! I think it’s the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. I love the little touches like computer monitor and work desk in every room, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent available. The community was very nice too! Plenty of walking trails, clean dog park, free EV charging and a nice cafe with a very friendly staff Joanne. The host was so gracious and even had some cookies delivered to us. We will definitely try to visit again or try one of their other properties!”

“Expectations exceeded! All our communication was clear, friendly and timely, and the home was even better than we expected. The home and property were very clean, comfortable and delightfully styled. The pool and surrounding backyard made our experience truly a vacation with lots of seating, reclining, and play options. We had all the little amities we could have needed from soft pool towels to a well appointed kitchen, and the location made access to great meals and hiking in the surrounding area a breeze.”

“Pool side vacations really surprised me on how fast they responded to any concerns or questions we had. They are super friendly. The house is close to everything, inside the house you will be very comfortable having all things needed to feel right at home, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The outside casita was perfect. Loved the pool and jacuzzi!!! Thank you for having us!”

“We just spend memorial weekend at this house…beautiful house ,clean,all the amenities that you will need to make breakfast,dinner ,we even use the grill for Carne Asada ..the house was perfect for our big group the pool is HUGE the backyard had several games that of course my kids enjoyed..we loved the fire pit area we spend all of our nights by the fire..beds are comfy ,lots of pool towels ,really close to the main street of Palm Springs ..I really appreciate that he was really attentive during our stay,check in was easy and we even arrived to snacks and cold water waiting for us and the next day a sweet treat delivery was waiting for us…can’t wait to go back … Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place ..”

“Overall, the location was great, very convenient and close to the Coachella shuttle stop, which made getting to and from the festival easy. However, our experience was impacted by a power outage on Friday. We had to reach out to the host ourselves, only to find out it was due to scheduled city maintenance, which we were not informed about ahead of time. We also had to request basic accommodations like ice chests, ice, and fans, and it took over two hours after our call for those to arrive. While the host/company did try their best to help, the delay and lack of prior communication definitely put a damper on our stay. Overall, a good location, but better communication and quicker response during issues would have made a big difference.”

“Great location but needs maintenance. One of the two casitas needed major updating - no one in our group wanted to sleep there. The pool was dirty when we arrived - not just leaves and bugs on the surface but dirt stains all over the walls and floor of the pool. We cleaned it the best we could so we could swim in it. Messaged rental company on first morning - pool guy came same day in the mid afternoon. Was supposed to be there on Monday and Thursday but did not show again until Thursday. There 5 minutes and left. Frustrating during historic heat wave in March.”
