“We had a wonderful stay! We were centrally located to enjoy all that Kona has to offer. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us with suggestions. The lanai is lovely and the unit is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to stores and shops, so it’s very convenient. The beach club is lovely - great pool and surprisingly good poolside food. Finally, we think more people should go to the big island! There is so much to do and it’s an incredibly unique landscape. We did beautiful hikes, snorkeled with manta rays, snorkeled in a marine monument, saw incredible scenery, and went to the top of Mauna Kea. We went to beautiful beaches and amazing lookouts. We were there for four days and could have stayed many more. Great trip!”

“Probably our favorite stay on all the islands. The unit is beautiful with everything you might need and more. Kitchen is well stocked -coffee maker of course, tea kettle, air fryer, condiments and bbq accessories. Lots of beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, snorkels for adults and littles. Even tennis racquet. Games and books too. Location is oceanfront and in the back so it's very quiet and great sunsets. Walk to the pool and restaurant. Covered parking spot. Beds and linens are super comfy. Great little goodies left for us. James at Polu was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations and answered all our questions quickly. Could not recommend them and this place more. We will definitely be back.”

“We have stayed on Big Island for over 10 years at various resorts and under many management companies. This unit and management company is above the rest. From the initial communication until we left, Polu was an exceptional resource that made our stay 5 star. The unit itself was spotless, 3 minutes from the pool and 10 minute walk to Hilton Waikoloa resort. Our children enjoyed the bedrooms and the AC was strong. Lava Lava beach is a 5 minute drive and many restaurants. The cooking tools and utensils were top notch. The pool itself was amazing and gym was double ocean views on each side. If you have a family of 5 or 6, do not skip this unit. The Polu folks made our stay remarkable - don’t scroll and book”

“This unit was amazing and beautiful! It had a second floor lanai with wonderful views of the golf course in Ocean and had a barbecue. We saw many birds and whales! The service through Polu resorts was exceptional! Our host communicated with us the entire time, was very responsive and helpful. The condo also had many amenities, including sports toys for the boys, which they used at the pool, basketball court, and tennis court. The toiletries were high-quality, and the kitchen was amazingly stocked! The club was awesome! We all enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub! They also provide towel towels, have a gym, and a private restaurant with live music on certain nights We would love to return again! Much Aloha until next time!”
