“We stayed for 22 nights, and overall, we appreciated having the space for our extended stay. However, I wish the host could have provided better supplies for a longer-term stay. We were provided with only 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of kitchen paper towels for 22 nights, so we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. There were also no dishwasher pods provided, so we had to buy those out of pocket as well. These may seem like small things, but for a 22-night stay, having basic supplies replenished or having enough provided for the length of the stay would make the experience much more convenient. I hope the host can consider providing better service and supplies for future long-term guests.”

“Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place today. Master bedroom is on opposite side of living space from the other two bedrooms which offers privacy. Walk in closet with drawers was very convenient. The sheets are cheap polyester sheets that are somewhat worn out, balled and need to be replaced. There is also some minor deferred maintenance in the master bathroom including stained walls and water damage near the shower that needs to be fixed and repainted. Pool temperature was lovely and garden furnishings were a lovely place for breakfast. The patio party lights were mainly all burnt out and need to be replaced. The kitchen was well equipped.”

“This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it fell short in several key areas. I was in town for work and expected a comfortable stay, but ongoing maintenance issues and communication surrounding them negatively affected the experience. The primary issue was the plumbing. Both showers leaked, causing water to flow out of the shower and into the sink area. Maintenance came out multiple times to clean what they believed to be a clogged drain, but the water appeared to be leaking through the tile rather than simply backing up through the drain. Despite several maintenance visits, the issue was never fully resolved during my stay. Another concern was security. After housekeeping serviced the unit, they left my door unlocked. As a solo female traveler, this was particularly unsettling and made me question whether the property was being monitored carefully. The upstairs neighbors could also be heard walking”

“While the property had some positive aspects, there were several issues that affected our stay. Prior to arrival, I asked whether an early check-in would be possible and was told additional time was needed between guests to clean and prepare the home. Given that, I was disappointed to find that the couch did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Additionally, people entered the backyard to service the pool during our stay without any advance notice. While I understand that routine maintenance is necessary, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand. The outdoor furniture was also not as expected based on the listing photos. Much of it appeared worn, with visible rips and signs of age, and it did not seem particularly clean. As a result, the backyard area did not match the impression created by the pictures. I believe better communication, more attention to cleanliness, and updated listing photos would help create a more positive experience for future guests.”

“The pictures and the description of this house are truly deceptive and inaccurate. The house was disgustingly dirty, as soon as I got inside, after struggling to get in, I quickly had to find a broom and dust pan and sweep the entire house filled with dog hair and dust bunnies hidden in every corner. I did contact the property manager and they did offer to send someone, after the cleaning crew left, the house was still not up to standards. The left one toilet paper in each bathroom and did not give us anymore and left 6 tide pods which I used to wash the couch covers because as soon as we sat on them, a wind of dust lifted from the seats. It was truly a horrible experience, I would NOT recommend this house to anyone. The kitchen has a molded wooden utensil organizer, the fridge has a weird fishy smell and the water pressure in the bathrooms was not good.”
