“It was a perfect get away. We had just what we needed to start our stay cation. Every night we sat by the water and enjoyed the sunsets and breezes. The grass is a plus!”

“The house itself was not bad, there were a few things that need updating/cleaned and maintained. The welcome basket was a nice touch. However, we arrive and the yard was not mowed and wasn’t our entire stay. The patio outside by the pool was dirty and full of debris. Not what I expected for our vacation. The worst part is how unsafe I felt especially with my small children. I picked this house for the pool and the park across the street and my children couldn’t even go outside the front. There were multiple homeless people sleeping outside at the park and drug use on the benches right across the street that could be seen from the living room window. The pictures seemed very misleading especially with not showing how rough the area is that the house is located in. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone on account of the area. It honestly made me not even want to come back to Pensacola in the future. I would stay at another PMI C-Shell’s location but not this one.”
