“We paid $3,093 for four nights and expected a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented property. Unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. Shortly after check in, a couple came to the door insisting they needed to come back inside to clean something. They stood inside the door frame and continued insisting after I repeatedly said no. As a single mom traveling with my two children, this was very unsettling. The host later confirmed they did not need to enter. There was dog hair throughout the home, including in the beds, and floors, dirty silverware, and we woke up congested with headaches each morning. The listing photos appear outdated, and the home was much more worn than expected. The beds were so hard my daughter and I slept on the couch one night. The host brought one mattress topper, which I appreciated, but it only covered one bed. I would not book this property again, especially at this price. Significant black build up in all the air vents. No water pressure .”
