“This place was fantastic! Right on the Hooch and next to the bridge to walk to downtown Helen. Perfect location, just off the main drag. Loved it! We will be back!!!”

“We have stayed here five times over the years. The quiet and serene location is a big draw and the spacious rooms are also nice. The fire pit is a great place to relax with family and the hot tub is great when cooler weather arrives.”

“The place is nice , except it’s hard to find and it’s worst at night. The parking was hard to access as well since it’s to small , it does need some maintenance as well and the beds are old and everytime you move you could hear it Other then that everything was good”

“The cabin was as pictured and the play ground / grill were great for the kids. It was a short drive to downtown Helen. The Wi-Fi worked great and the hot tub was perfect.”

“Tons of check in rules and upfront paperwork, host was slow to respond. The place was in a great spot, but had several issues that made it not worth the price: 1. wifi was unusable, didn't even show up as an option on the phone 2. beds in loft were so uncomfortable, people chose to sleep on the couch or floor (they also kept hitting their heads up there) 3. there were flies all over the basement room, it was so gross and uncomfortable to sleep in 4. there were exposed ceiling tiles, broken doors, etc that made it feel like the place was in the middle of a bad renovation (conveniently no pics of that in the listing) 5. the batteries didn't work in half of the tv remotes 6. there were some dirty towels left behind from previous tenant hanging from the shower 7. washer & dryer didn't work 8. host was slow to respond, didn't offer any compensation for the flies or other concerns brought up we've stayed in helen a bunch, definitely better options available”

“House was big enough for us, was clean. cons were the outside lights to the front door and fire pit/bbq area did not work therefore we were not able to enjoy that area, also there weren't enough linen pillows for everyone. and the 3rd thing, we had extremely low cars, there was no pictures of the entire driveway which would have been nice to know because the neighborhood doesnt let you park on the street.”

“if you are allergic to dust this house is not for you. the grill ran out of gas while cooking. don't forget to bring shampoo, shower gel and soap. because there is none. the house needs regeneration as well as the jacuzzi which we were counting on. in general this service does not correspond to these costs.”
