“The cabin was quiet, peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood - even considering buying our own place here. It’s close to some great restaurants that have live bands playing - that was a really fun night. Ryan’s communication was great! He proactively communicated a potential problem and gave us the option to cancel with full refund. So glad that wasn’t necessary and we were able to fully enjoy our little vacation from the Phoenix heat. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in town. “We had an amazing time at Ryan’s place! The home was clean and matched exactly what was shown in the photos! The beds and bathrooms were clean and the master bedroom was very spacious! We were out with campfires every night and it was so much fun! Loved the large patio in the back as well. Also, each bedroom has its own restroom which was great!! “We stayed three nights over Labor Day weekend to escape the Phoenix heat, and this place was exactly what we needed. The home is nearly new inside and out, spotlessly clean, and stocked with every amenity we could think of. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very secure. The patio was the highlight, big enough for two families comfortably, though it was just ours this trip. The swing out there was a favorite spot for all of us. Ryan was an incredibly responsive host; every message got a reply within minutes. Cool weather, plenty to do outdoors, and close to everything. A perfect getaway. We'd highly recommend it and hope to stay with Ryan again.”

“Stop your search and book this property. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding, there was a lot of family who booked within Torreon and we were all in agreement that ours was the best home. I can’t think in one thing that was missing in the home. Well stocked kitchen, extra cooking equipment in the large pantry. The primary bedroom was a great size and had a good flow into the bathroom. Was happy to see a steamer, iron and ironing board! Access to the garage to park was fantastic! The bedding and linens were nice and fresh, I hate when the pillows and towels smell old and gross - not the case here. Host was responsive and professional. Would definitely book properly again without hesitation, in fact we want to come back for a longer stay next summer so we can relax and enjoy the property without all the wedding busyness.”
