“Cute charming cabin! It was well maintained and very clean. The VCR in the cabin and VHS cassettes available at the office were so nostalgic to me! The staff at the lodge were friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Durango is only a 30 min drive. Wonderful place for a much needed relaxing getaway. I will definitely be coming back!!!”

“The stay was amazing, co-host Angie was great communicated very well and super sweet. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The alarm detectors went off for anything though. We would take a hot shower and just a little steam would set all of them off. Thanks for the experience!”

“My husband, myself and fur baby stayed in the small cabin 11. And we loved it. It was small and cozy. Just right for my husband, fur baby and I. We loved sitting outside, grilling. The weather was perfect. One of the nicest stay was hiking down to the lake. Our fur baby loved it. Were looking forward to visiting again next year. I would definetly recommend. Thank you Angie for your kindness and making our stay pleasant.”

“This place was an amazing weekend get away! The surrounding area is beautiful and the cabin has an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. Management was very responsive and informative about surrounding hot spots. Check out process was easy, essentially don’t leave dirty dishes and take out your trash. This was a great place for nature and wild life lovers with so many hiking trails, and scenic views very close by. There is also hunting and fishing if that’s your thing. We did think the cabin would be bigger, and cell service and WiFi was in and out, but it was a perfect size for the wife and I and if you’re spending all your time in the cabin scrolling social media on your phone, you aren’t taking advantage of this beautiful place. Can’t wait to come back.”
