“Pemi cabins is a great location for exploring Lincoln! The common area was great for relaxing & the surrounding scenery was beautiful. Close to all local attractions & restaurants. Overall, great place to stay!”

“My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Pemi Cabins! We loved the screened-in porch, which was perfect for late night hangouts and enjoying our morning coffee. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the cabins are. The close proximity to the river and nearby hiking trails was an added bonus. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!”

“We really like the pictures on the AirBnB app. While a lot of work was done to the cabin, it still needed more. The entire cabin tilted front to back. The rug was fithy and there was a vomit-like smell on one side of the bed. The kitchen was a bit dated and had not been really cleaned (a lot of grease on the cooktop). The bathroom was nicley redone and clean. Loved the fireplace and pine board walls. The river in back was the best part of the stay. For the amount we paid I was hoping for more.”

“I am so impressed with my stay in cabin #5! I was worried about there being bugs inside but I truly didn’t have any bugs. The river is so peaceful and puts you right to sleep. It was so clean inside as well. I enjoyed my stay in the cabin!”

“We stayed here for our anniversary and unfortunately, the cabin didn’t quite meet our expectations. It was noticeably smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the entire cabin felt very slanted. The bed was especially uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a rock. The bed also seemed to be falling apart, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.On the positive side, we really enjoyed having the river directly behind the cabin, and that was probably our favorite part of the stay. However, the cabin is also extremely close to the road, which took away from some of the peaceful, secluded feeling we were expecting.Overall, while we appreciated the location and the river view, the condition and comfort of the cabin left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we probably would not rent this cabin again in the future.”

“Spent a night after a long day of hiking. Comfortable bed and the perfect spot to rest. Very pleased that was pet friendly so we could bring our dog along. Local restaurants just down the road were delicious.”

“Pemi Cabins was good for what we were looking for but not a place we are eager to return to. I’ll start with the positives… it was perfect for a ski trip with pets. 5 stars for accommodating our pets and being very close to the ski resort. It was warm and cozy after a long day of skiing. The negatives… it was not very clean. The fridge did not work. The toilet stopped working for some time and we were able to get it fixed ourselves. And lastly, we had to seek someone out to get more toilet paper. The office was closed the whole time so finding someone who worked there wasn’t the smoothest. Again, it was good for our quick ski trip but do not plan on returning.”
