“This condo in Seabrook Island is everything we hoped it would be and more. The beaches are beautiful and accessible, the pool as fun and clean, and the restaurants were delicious! The space was exactly what we needed for a beach get away and was easy to access and very clean on our arrival. Mary was very helpful to send lots of important information ahead of time as well! Definitely would recommend staying here!”

“We had a great stay in Seabrook Island! Loved the natural beauty of the island and how dog friendly it is. The location of the condo is convenient to the beach, pool club, shopping, and restaurants. The condo is very clean, has amazing views of sunsets, and had everything we needed for our stay-including beach gear. Mary is an extremely attentive and responsive host.”

“We had a great time. The condo was very clean and located on the beach. There’s lots of beach accessories which helped us travel lighter. The surrounding area was very nice. Very family friendly.”

“First and foremost, Mary was super responsive which was nice. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. The front of the condo was not attractive, under repair or something. Please be aware that the photos are certainly old. The outside deck had a tattered overhang and old rusty beach chairs. We didn’t use them. And one chair had a broken leg. The beach umbrella was the kind you find at a local beach shop. (Many of the photos in the listing are at the “club” which you have to drive to. The pools there are much smaller in person. The chairs and umbrellas there are fine, but there is a wall of rocks so you cannot go from the chair to the ocean. Photos were deceiving.) We had a family of 4 adults. The master bed was very squeaky but fine. The pull-out sofa was extremely hard and lumpy. If you have smaller kids it will work but it’s not comfortable for an adult. The air mattress was a nice addition. The skylight in the family room makes for an early wake-up call every morning.”

“This is our second time at one of Mary’s properties at pelican villas. If you want a beach view and private beach access you can’t get better than this location. Spectacular sunsets every night right from your own balcony. The unit is perfect for everything you need and access to the beach club amenities is fantastic. Check out the beach bar just 5 mins walk away. Mary is super communicative and answers immediately when we there is a question.”
