“This condo was exactly as described. King bed was comfortable. Master bathroom was updated and clean. View of the beach from the balcony was perfect. If you are traveling solo or have a small family this would be a great choice. Pelican Walk is very quiet and peaceful.”

“The view was beautiful! The condo was a perfect size for two of us and our dogs. Everything was clean and having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. The bed was a little on the softer side which I found so comfortable! Usually beds are way too firm for me. It even included two of the beach chairs with umbrellas. Would recommend for anyone with pets.”

“Place was clean and convenient to the beach. Needs major remodeling and updating. The lack of maintenance shows. Also would recommend updating the beds as the mattresses are not comfortable.”

“This was a wonderful place for making family memories. We loved that all bedrooms had King Size beds. Two of them had room for us to rent a crib for our grandson. The open floor plan from kitchen to living room was great for gathering and the wrap around deck was our favorite happy hour experience!”

“Loved our stay! Couldn’t be closer to the beach. The balcony is amazing along with the floor to ceiling view from the condo. Our only complaint is that the bedroom doesn’t cool like the main areas of the unit and we slept a bit restlessly.”

“First let me say the view is amazing! We appreciated the size of the condo also but the place needs some upgrades. The ice maker doesn’t work. The outlets in the master bathroom do not work. The TV in the living room is not a smart TV. It’s outdated and you can’t use streaming apps. I’ve never seen so many surfaces covered in mirrors! Welcome to 1979! Also, it would be nice if a few basics like coffee filters and salt and pepper were provided.”
