“When we arrived they had a used sponge left on the counter, the throw blankets didn’t seem washed, and hair was left in the bathroom drawers. It wasn’t dirty enough to complain about and the beds were clean but those are just some things to think about. The cleaning crew was sitting outside our room at 10:30am (not sure how early they were there before that), they even went in the room when 2 of us went to put some of our things in the car. One person was still in there and had to tell them we wouldn’t be out of the room until 11am (checkout). Not sure if that happens all the time or if it was a one time thing. Overall the area is beautiful and the space of the airbnb was perfect for us. It’s in a great spot and if those couple things were improved on we would definitely stay again!”

“Had an excellent time at Justin’s place for my bachelor party. Justin was an excellent host all the way through was communicative and went above and beyond to help return lost items. Place is exact as I excepted, fit 16 guests very comfortably and was nice and clean! Beds are comfortable and true kings. Location was better than expected, lake is beautiful and as close as can be to the dock. Sam’s is a gem to have nearby. Only negative was roof was a little smaller than expected from the pictures. Townhouses are separated by 2 units but plenty close to feel connected. Overall Highly recommended for large groups we had a great time. Justin’s a great host”

“The condo is as pictured, in a great condo complex community, walkable to our favorite restaurant (Geist) and favorite brewery (Monday Night Brewing). We ate breakfast by the pool each day. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Just was super responsive, easy to talk to, flexible and the place was extremely clean. Great location as well! Perfect for a family of 4 wanting to explore Nashville. Thank you”

“Great place, comfortable beds and love the location”

“Beds were clean and the neighborhood is okay, but there were a lot of marks and scratches on the walls, stains on the couches and ants in the living room / kitchen. Can’t sit down on the couches without catching an ant running on your arm or leg. The stains and ants on the couches were really the big negative. If you stay in the master bedroom on the bottom floor be prepared for landscaping directly outside your window at 6am as well”

“Justin charged us $20 for an early check-in that he said was for the inconvenience inflicted on his cleaners. Upon arrival, it was clear that the cleaners has not been there that day (snow covered deck that we shoveled and musty linens in the dryer). The hot tub smelled swampy when we left. It did not seem like it had been cleaned the prior Tuesday as his guest book said. Otherwise, it is a cute cabin that is accurately described.”

“When we arrived we noticed that several towels, comforters, and rugs were stained. We did not note this to the owner at the time because other towels were available and it was mostly able to be avoided, but after we left the owner contacted us asking us to pay to replaced stained items. This was disappointing after we chose to look past it. There’s no bathroom on the first floor so you do have to climb up the stairs to get to the bathroom. The front door is a clear window opening with no shades/curtain which can make you a little uneasy.”

“Notified of possible pest at property on the day of check in . Arrived and home was hot and air thermostats had pin codes that host provided that wasnt accurate . Wifi was not working and host told us to reset modem and it still didn’t work , host had limited face towels provided had to purchase some at walmart and only last day a throw blanket was used by guest and had to be infested with some type of pest . Our guest had bits all over and reported to owner and no sympathetic response or solution given .”
