“This property was perfect for my husband and our pups, it could easily fit a family. There were plenty of amenities and toiletries for the weekend. We were very comfortable and would book again!”

“The condo is right next to the Blue River. You can hear it rushing when you open the windows. Easy walk to the south side of downtown Breck. Close to the action but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The private hot tub is a great amenity. There were only four of us, but it could easily accommodate twice that. We will look to rent again next year.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Black Bear Crossing. In fact, a brown bear crossed right through our yard and slowly sauntered into the woods behind the cabin. Although there are other cabins, our time spent out on the back deck was very quiet and peaceful. The location is not too far from all the activities in downtown Breckenridge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The pool table was a bonus, as was the washer and dryer. I would recommend staying at Black Bear Crossing! :)”

What looks like a small woodsy cabin is really a roomy, multi-bedroom home with terrific amenities: pool table in the basement (lots of fun!); nice deck looking over the forest behind; friendly to our dogs; excellent bathrooms, showers and kitchen facilities. Plus, it's convenient to both Breck and Frisco. This home is a great value and we'd love a return visit on another occasion!”

“Badly in need of updating. Rugs torn & stained. Leaky kitchen faucet. Door hard to open, due to split in frame. Cabinets old. Pictures didn’t match unit. We made the best of it. Shuttle to Breckenridge close by was a plus.”
