“So Mark was great during our stay in Newry. On the way up to Maine we received a phone call from Mark stating that there was an emergency at the house we had originally booked and we would not be able to stay there. We were panicked as our group had 11 people in it. He offered us two different properties close by, along with pool access to the original house we had rented. We were able to all stay in one house that was clean, spacious and had amazing views. He ended up refunding us money in a timely manner and was responsive to all inquires. We were all very happy with our stay and would definitely rent from Mark again.”
