“I cannot say enough about this place. My family and I had the most wonderful time last week. The house was everything we imagined and more. We celebrated my grandsons 2nd bday as well as my oldest sons 24 bday!!! We will definitely recommend this place to Anyone that is looking to visit PCB !!! And if choose to visit again we will def choose the getaways!!! We absolutely loved it and it met all our needs !!! We always had soemthing to do whether we went swimming and played pool or air hockey or poker or cards …. We always had soemthing to do. It was one of the best vacations me and my family have had and we will Cherish these memories for a lifetime!! Thank you !!! Much love !!”

“The location is nice and very close to the beach, but unfortunately, I had several issues during my stay. Check-in was difficult because the passcode provided did not work, and no one answered when I called the number I was given. The bathtub was also dirty and clogged, causing water to sit for a long time and creating a slippery safety hazard. The furniture is old and outdated. One of the chairs broke while my disabled father was sitting in it, causing him to get banged up. Thankfully, he did not need to go to the hospital, but it was very concerning. I also traveled with a toddler and expected to use the yard, but it was full of ant nests and was not safe for him or anyone as well. I am not sure when the property managers last conducted a thorough walk-through or inspection of the property, but given the amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.”

“The location was great but the house needs a deep cleaning. The floors were so dirty after walking around in socks they would be black. We had to put blankets on the couch’s Becuase of how stained and gross they were. The pool was nice and warm but chairs were covered in ants and there were weeds everywhere. The bedroom on the bottom floor also had ants in it. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and they messaged that they would send someone to fix it but it never happened.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The kids absolutely loved the game room, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for the dog. The location was great and conveniently close to the beach. Everything made for such an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Blue lagoon was very enjoyable and comfortable other than the bathrooms being small. Especially the hall bathroom. Location was nice. Short walk to the beach and beach was very nice. Pool was also a plus! Overall would stay here again.”

“My family and I arrived expecting a clean, safe, and sanitary home. Instead, we found the property in an unacceptable condition. There were dog feces inside the home, excessive dog hair, heavy dust and dirt throughout, visible mold in multiple areas, and the thermostat was showing an indoor humidity level of 70%. We have never experienced such disappointment with an Airbnb. We found an alternate Airbnb, and packed up our family and left the next morning. It was a stressful ordeal after driving 13 hours to get there.”

“This place is very close to the beach. I thought i’d need a wagon but was able to just carry my stuff. The couch and two beds that were used were very comfy. The backyard was lovely. Like a little jungle. Hot tub & outdoor shower was great! I had my pups with me and the fenced in yard was the entire reason I rented and it was perfect for them. Small inconveniences but worth noting: Kitchen - no regular size pot to boil water & no pan to cook in that wasn’t completely scratched up. No dishtowels or oven mitts. Backyard: the chairs are off track, they’re rockers but one side was broken on 2 of them. Bunk room: the pocket door is broken and does not close. Workers: yard maintenance came while i was in the back showering outdoors. I’d just walked in the house, with the dogs, when they came in the back gate unannounced. Due to the privacy I thought I had, I was sans clothing. Owners do note that ppl stop by so take it seriously & do not expect privacy. Check gates after they leave.”

“‼️DISGUSTING STAY‼️The sec we walked in, we were hit with a strong weed/cigarette smell that gave us a HA, and there was a semi-alive COCKROACH on the floor. Walking around the place turned our feet black. The entire property looked neglected, with walls, trim, stairs, and surfaces covered in scuffs, grime, stains, and dirt buildup. The couch had visible stains/burn mark, furniture was worn out, and the patio chairs were rusted and in poor condition. The photos online were completely MISLEADING compared to the actual condition. Upstairs was WORSE bedding had stains and bleach marks, the mattress was uncomfortable and worn out, and towels were stained and smelled bad. We called the emergency line and were met with rude, dismissive responses. We had to spend our own money on sheets. Then the shower handle FELL OFF while using it. Later they offered a refund only if we checked out and promised not to leave a bad review. FILTHY/SCAM‼️ Charging a cleaning fee for this place is Diabolical.”

“Me and my family travel over 5 hours to get there the wrong code was sent to us so we stood outside over 30 minutes called emergency number several more codes was given but didn’t work then operator told me it was nothing else he could do I had to wait on call finally got the right code once the call came in 15 minutes after I had already waited 30 minutes noisey pool thing outside went to buy propane for grill to find out somebody had took battery out second bedroom with one bed mattress is extremely hard bunk beds are softer please pay for heated pool otherwise you want enjoy pool unless it’s summer time my family complained the whole time there it’s definitely not worth the money you will spend”
