Park City Lodging
4.74Visit website
Park City Lodging's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The home was clean. The home says it has a heated pool, I don’t believe the pool was heated. The unit doesn’t have an AC unit, could have been my fault that I didn’t read it right. Even in Park City, it can get pretty hot. The unit read 79 degrees. They did deliver an AC no cost. The cable TV did not work due to a past due balance. We were not able to watch any TV due to this situation and the TVs were not smart. Other than those details, the home was clean. Easy check-in.”airbnb

“Comfortable place with a good location, easy walk with a minute or two to Main Street hub of restaurants and shops. The place itself has some easy options to be updated and bring it up to more typical standards these days for properties in its price range. EG, a tv with capabilities for Netflix, etc. Lots of messaging from manager about rules, extra costs if you forget to do this and that, and I think there's a better way to communicate with paying guests about expectations.”airbnb

“Nice place, didn’t read fine print in the message to tell us no A/C in place till after we were paid in full”airbnb

“Can’t say enough about how horrible our experience was with park city lodging. Especially Tyler. Not only was the unit unlocked and connecting to a better unit that we were forbidden to go in to, we couldn’t even lock it from our side. When we called with our concerns Tyler was extremely rude, aggressive and threatening. I’ve never felt so unsafe in an Airbnb and so disappointed and disrespected. We ended up calling the police who recommended we not stay in the room and get as far away from Tyler as possible. Horrible and traumatic experience”airbnb

“The AC unit didn’t work properly-the internet was not good because Netflix kept stalling”airbnb

“Very nice & clean condo. Spacious- perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked. Disappointed that water & ice wasn’t working in frig. Although, water was repaired quickly, ice was not. Did not have laundry detergent. Everything else was great!! Great location- walkable to restaurants & shops!”airbnb

“The Airbnb itself was great — clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the electric door lock wasn’t working. We suspected it was a battery issue since the keypad lights wouldn’t turn on, but our concerns were dismissed by the management company because they were still able to unlock the door remotely on their end. As a result, we had to call them every time we needed to enter the apartment until someone finally came to replace the battery the following day. The biggest issue was the management company’s response, as communication and assistance were not very helpful throughout the process. Once the lock issue was resolved, the stay itself was enjoyable, but the handling of the situation definitely impacted the overall experience.”airbnb

“The place was beautiful and the location was perfect! The only downside is there were no pool towels even though there was a beautiful pool and hot tub! Would be nice if you could choose between two twins or have them prepare the two beds as a king! Overall a great place to stay!”airbnb
